Me too, but almost all functions are worked except vibro, RAM I was fixed by changing build.prop file, now 400Mb free

I installed root explorer and changed some of properties:
dalvik.vm.heapstartsize=5m
dalvik.vm.heapgrowthlimit=48m
dalvik.vm.heapsize=64m
dalvik.vm.heaptargetutilization=0.12
dalvik.vm.heapminfree=512k
dalvik.vm.heapmaxfree=2m

Try it with pac rom 4.3 after disabling animations from dev settings
edit : FC when using dialer but no problem i cam live with that lol

Check in home option in setting menu and choose touchwiz as your launcher. Or simple press menu key on ur note to choose the touchwiz as it default launcher
