[Q] how to make ROM for any locked bootloader device?

hey guys,
plz my phone is Motorola Fire XT311 I want to make custom ROM for it and for XT316, XT317 and that phones has locked bootloader how I make that?
PS. we have CWM Recovery!

It might take a while because I want to test my method. I just found the instructions on source forge but don't know if it works.

[Q] Any difference b/w CM 10.1 and 10.1.2 [GALAXY ACE PLUS]

Hello , I want to ask..Is there any difference b/w CM 10.1 and CM 10.1.2 . Recently I flashed my device with CM 10.1 , and saw camera isn't working..Would upgrading to CM 10.1.2 can be a solution ?

Yes there's a difference
Camera is working acc to post
Try flashing again
Then try another version if your problem persitsts again

[Q] Screencast(mirrorcast) on cyanogenmod 11

the screen cast option is visible on the samung galaxy s2 plus when i installed cyanogenmod 11(unoffficial).but it doesnt work.any clue of how i could make it work

Yep.. You can simply by downloading an app "framaroot".

ived already download 3 ver. of framaroot and it doesn't work in my phone

You must need a PC, routing s7392 without PC is impossible, none of the routing apps works with it

I used towelroot

I used vroot (iroot)....and then replaced the Chinese su with supersu

I used vroot....but the SuperSU is Chinese and I replaced it with SuperSU (eng) using SD maid
