Xperia x8 problem

So guys as 1st i wanna tell you that am sorry bout my bad english.
So my problem is that i installed android 2.2 on my mobile xperia x8.
I did it like on this tutorial: How to install Android 2.2 on Xperia X8 and X10 mini WITH pinch-to-zoom on youtube (please search it on youtube i cannot post links)
Everything was ok until i deccided to instal 2.3 from this tutorial:
How to install Android 2.3 Gingerbread on the Xperia X8 [Part 1] (please search it too)
I rebooted my phone i went to backup and restore and started to back up it said something like that i have only 130mb free on my sdcard but i dont exactly remember the full sentence.
Then it was done and i didnt know what to do because as you can see the guy in the vid doesnt show what dto do after ( not even in part 2)
So i rebooted my phone...But it didnt let me to it gave me Error.
Everything that happens when i turn my mobile on is that i get the Sony Ericsson logo and then cyanogen mod logo.

[Q] how to root xperia pro mk16i with ics 4.0.4 and kernel 4.1.b.0.587 ?

after updating my xperia pro mk16i to ics 4.0.4 my phone is lagging so much , games are running slow , dialpad is opening after 5-6 secs , music is lagging , videos are lagging so i saw a thread and they said after resetting ur phone this problem will be solved but it didn't i've resseted it so many times , then i searched on google and checked out many forums then i saw after istalling custom rom it will run smooth but my phone is not rooted and i've tried everything to root my phone but nothing worked everything was done perfectly but when i use rootchecker app to see if my phone is rooted then it says " ur phone is not rooted correctly" whats the problem?? :'( please help me to root my phone i will be very thankfull to u all , thanx in advance pls help me.

Hi recently installed on my SONY Xperia U the SlimCM rom with atis modify to install it on locked bootloaders...
I've 2 weird problem that I think dont depend from SlimCM so I post that here:
- The clock that appear after tap on clock widget was really pityfull(only alarm setup)...there some mod or something else tha I can install to get some app like the stock clock/alarm/world clock/ chronometer/timer that appear on standard ony rom? I tryed to search on the net but dont found anything...maybe due to my bad english...
- another problem that I heave was that the BackUp&Restoer app by sony dont works on that rom....I tryed to extract it from the stock ftf rom and installe dit but dont works...it FC imediately after tapping on it...anyone can help me with that? I really need to open my old backup(also if it was possible to recover it from windows was fine...), since I've some work realted stuffs to reinstall with tha related saves/infos...

[Q] Sony Xperia U ROM Problem

2 Months ago I flashed my Xperia U with kernel .100 and installed Vexu 1.2 ROM but I have a lot of problems.
1. Facebok app I can't see groups, albuns with fotos. (puu.sh/73kee.png)
2. I'm using some apps and it closes with no reason
3. Can't open a "heavy" game like Need for Speed or Asphalt.
Any help? What should I do? My Sony Xperia is Locked Bootloader.

i had rooted my xperia android version 4.0.4 so i had also installed the App "ROOT EXPLORER" so i accessed my system apps from that app and i accidently happend to delete some of my root system apps and after a 2 minutes my xperia phone just shut down and after that i just see the logo of "SONY" stuck on the screen and nothing else , please help me recover sir, i am dam scared that i had to face this, plz anyone help me ASAP! ;( :fingers-crossed:
