Can't find the perimeter responsible for that yet, it maybe in the systemui or framework but not in the launcher as far as I know but not sure.Still looking if there is a thread successfully manage to do that except Cyanogen of course.If there is please notify me and I'll gladly do one.

Transparent soft keys is a part of KitKat. There should be a documentation on how to get the transparent soft keys for developers somewhere.

Been search for this eversince 4.4.2 leak came out.But still no luck(xda search always show different result not even related to this).That's why I ask if anyone here can share a link so we can apply that mod on our note.

Kabayan thanks! I think I have some progress. I've manage to make the navigator button semi transparent, but only in the Homescreen. It returns to black background when opening setting and apps.Fingers crossed hope we can fix the problem.

Thanks Mikyno. So far everything is working except for the setting and some app having white statusbar(hard to see statusbar white icons) (but other app has black background)and black navigation bar which is normal as you said. But if its transparency is by about 80% and below the statusbar icons are visible. I don't know if its still needed cause you can do this mod via Xblast as suggested by Justinchi. But if someone are interested I can share it here or if you are interested I'll Pm you Mikyno for you to try and deside if it's worth adding in version 4 of your Rom(which I've been waiting by the way after your exams), but for now I'll try to fix the white status bar thing if possible :fingers-crossed:.
P.S. I've attached some screenshots for comparison.

No need to flash through CWM. Copy the apk to system/app and the so file to system/lib and you are ready to go.

Where did you get Widget Climate ? I don't have that widget after installing the zip file in this thread. I'm refering to the acuweather widget in your snapshot. EDIT : I have found it in this thread already.

I want share with you my mod of the NOTE 4 launcher for MULTI DPI & Tweak under the hood for better performance!
My Multi DPI Mod have:
Home 4x5;
Drawer 5x6;
Smalls icons;
6 dock icons;
Infinite scrolling;
Support theme;
No more lag.
The zip attached is NOT a flashable zip.
How to install:
- Replace the Touchwiz_K.apk (it's in system --> priv-app);
- Make sure to set correct permission for the apk;
- Reboot and enjoy.

@kmokhtar79 for the base of Note 4 Launcher (take it from his rom)
Tested with:
N9005 Powered by Aryamod 5.1

Yes, weather on the lockscreen works! Just activate by the setting of the lockscreen.

Very strange mate! If I tap menu button (or pinch out) on the home screen, show me the options and there is also "theme" .. Pheraps it's an issue combinated between my launcher and your ketan's rom. Try to ask in the rom thread if you have still issue.

Your guide that you have post it wasn't refers to Note 4 touchwiz launcher, but it was Note 3. It's more different!
By the way i have tried to adapt to my launcher mod.
I remember you that i'm in a job trip and i cannot test this apk 'cause i haven't my big note, so test at your risk!
This apk is only for test the function of rotation, certanly (so i believe) the proportions (if this works) are not right and i must mod it when i return from my trip. If it works, please, post a screenshot, so i can see the proportions about, and pheraps correct it in the next launch pause.
Please backup your actual touchwiz_k.apk.
Let me know if you want test it.

Finally I decided to theme our default SystemUI.apk to S6 styled SystemUI.apk. Its still work in progress. Its a lil bit difficult, I understood now. BTW, 80% done. Now I decided to share my small work with you
NOTE: Pls pls pls make a backup of your SystemUI.apk before flashing this. If anything went wrong, pls dont blame me. This is my first work for n900.
It will work only on STOCK N900 LOLLIPOP firmwares. I didn't tried on other roms. Bcoz I'm using stock lollipop now

1. In colors.xml, you have to change color values of "notification_header_bg_tw" and "tw_quick_connect_layout_bg"
2. In dimens.xml, change value of "notification_side_padding" to 0.0dip. By default its 8.0dip.

Not working on Stock lollipop v30b here ,flashed it , rebooted the phone ,went to settings and no smart notice option available

I really like the transparent, but as for the part for information maybe a light gray but just dark enough to make the white text easy to read.
I actually asked the question before I seen you had already put up some mods, thsnks.
yeah second that, not working on Stock LP , D800. How to get G4 weather installed, link please.
I had to take the widget off the screen and add it again to the screen to show the transparent version if smart notice was on screen before flashing the mod.

Is there any way to flash the original smart notice? I flashed the transparent one but dont really like it, original seems nicer to me

Thanks for the links but i already jumped the ship and installed cloudy 3.2 ROM in all its glory now all the features, so far good exp without all AT&T crapware.
@glfsd flashed on Lion ROM 5.5. Works fine until iI change my wallpaper then it colorized again. Any idea why?
Edit: works fine. Forgot to uncheck match color to paper.
Works with any launcher or just the stock one???

Well, the "no mods" statement is not fully true. It may be a risk to have mods installed, but for me it worked.
Before installing this, I have installed: blue mod, security fix, status and nav bar mode 36 dpi, no doc dynamic and smart notice transparent full.
Hope this helps someone.

Is possible to have your mod with center clock and no battery icon (I prefer to use the percentage display).
And also, the must would be to have signal icons on the left.

for the battery icons, you can do it in this way.
extract them from the UI and with a graphics program (I use paint.net and ps)
create the equivalent (same name) transparent png 1x1 size
and reinsert them in the UI with 7zip. no need to decompile/recompile
for my others mods, follow my signature

My only comment would be the status bar seems a lot smaller and the icons have change from the newer lollipop solid look to the older KK look.
Any chance you could make one with lollipop status bar icons....basically just to mod the quick settings, and leave everything else alone.

hmm, that's strange
before installing the mod I had the solid wifi bars etc and my status bar was definitely bigger.
I was completely stock with no theming tweaks at all, just a coupe of xposed modules for security etc.
