Many low-end phones today lacks both speed and multitasking
function because of limited kernel setups and
lower capacity of RAM, just an literal budget-level
right?!? That's why (as a low-end device user), I've created
an quick package with supercharged launcher,
more powerful and more speed, perfect for
mobile gamers and enthusiasts like me! :D
I don't know if it can run Asphalt 8 now, LOL!

* Requirements
- Rooted Android Device (2.3 to 4.2)
- SU and BUSYBOX must be present!
- Your ROM should be stock!
- Installed Custom Recovery (CWM/TWRP)
VERSION 3 and up (CWM)
- 220-512MB of RAM
(NOT RECOMMENDED FOR MORE THAN 700MB)
- Writable /system and /data partition
- Any File Manager with ROOT function support.
- At least 18MB of free space in /system and /data
- No any modifications/tweaks installed.
( Must uninstall other tweaks properly or
else it will BREAK the SPEED-UP! )
- And a latest NANDROID BACKUP
( Just because i'm not responsible for
any damages will occur on your device!

* Installation
Install using CWM or any custom recovery.
( Must mount /system and /data first! )
Some actions are required which is you must
do some tricky things to consider!
Case #1:
Tweaking build.prop could not be updated
or lead into BOOTLOOP.
(Depending on your recovery and system)
- There's an extra file installed on your system
called "build_tweaks.prop", copy all text inside
that file into inside of "build.prop"
on your system.
NOTE: Must be the end of the line of your
build.prop!
- ALERT: There's an RESCUE PACKAGE OUT THERE!
or manually copy/paste your default
files using AROMA FILE MANAGER
(Available at xda and installed separately)
Case #2:
The SPEED-UP Setup might be break! Because it cannot be
install some files to make it more compatible.
- Check all scripts in order to work!
RUNNING SCRIPT IN PARTICULAR ORDER!
EVERY TIME YOUR DEVICE BOOTS!!!
( It can arrange accordingly by creating or
renaming alias or it's file name in SManager )
Set the scripts and binaries to boot!
Don't forget to tap SU/Skull icon!
Case #3:
If you are using Link2SD and installing large count of
apps, you an encounter this problem by clearing your
mess (such as dalvik-cache) in your phone to make
it more efficient.
BEFORE YOU JUMPSTART MY SPEED-UP:
- You must install the NO CLEAN edition...
Filename : update-**-SPEED-UP-PACK_NOCLEAN_1.10
(or manually edit my updater-script if you know it well)
and you must clean the mess manually.
NOTES:
+ The pre-installed V6 SuperCharger script version
was RC9 Update 11.
+ It will replace your current BUSYBOX
so make a backup properly.

Project started since 07.21.14 for personal experiment.
Based on some common/popular tweaks/scripts out there, but wrote on my own implementation.
More on scripting effectivity rather than tweaks. So, do not expect a 360-degree change in performance.
Tested on MyPhone a919i (MTK6589), MyPhone Agua Rio (JB/KK) (MTK6582), and Starmobile UP+ (MTK6582).

NOTE:
As of 12.13.14, nothing else does how GAFT Scripts work; from its simple output and logging to its unique style of tweaking and implementation.
Though some of the scripts integrated are already existing and available out there, I took it up and spent some time modifying it to somewhat give a cleaner, nicer, and probably improved codes. ^_^
So, if you encounter any sign of GAFT Scripts floating around without proper credits given and/or not provided a link here, please let me know. Thank you!

Manual Mode

Extract the "setup" folder from the zip file
Run "Installer.sh" in Terminal as root
Flash Mode
* Advanced, if you are already sure that your ROM support init.d scripts
Go to recovery mode
Flash the zip file
Reboot
Check? Inspect? Verify?
--- Use any root file manager, check the logs at "/data/GAFT", inspect what the scripts have done to your device, and verify if it's working.
Control? Monitor? Uninstall?
--- Execute "/data/GAFT/Console" or open Terminal Emulator then type "GAFT", and follow on screen commands.
TERMS:
Modification - You can totally tweak and/or modify the scripts to your personal liking.
* Understanding the scripts will not be that hard as I already wrote it in a professional way.
Distribution - You are free to include the scripts and/or use it as baseline to your packages as long as PROPER credits are intact.

Q: Can I use it on my YYY Phone with ZZZ Android version?
A: GAFT Scripts are only tested on the devices mentioned at INFO #4 in first post, but surely it is not device specific. Also, it has thorough checking and verifications before proceeding its defined tweaks and/or actions. So, YES! Give it a try.

A: First, read HOW TO's #2 then INFO #3 in first post. GAFT Scripts are not advertised as a total game changer, but somehow it should show some noticable effects.

Q: Can I use/flash another init.d tweaks on top of GAFT Scripts?
A: Yes, no one restricts. But I assume you know what risks you are taking, and do suggest to first thoroughly check out for common scripts that are already included here like SQLite, Zipalign and LoopySmoothness to minimize the redundancy.

Q: Why am I getting lower Antutu score than before? XXX is better. and/or
Q: Why create such useless scripts? Can't even give some performance like XXX.
A: GAFT Scripts are not for you, sorry to disappoint. If you rely much on Antutu, go with XXX.One thing, GAFT Scripts are GUARANTEED working compare to such promising set of tweak scripts.
Here is a very common list of features to check on: (Do all checks at Terminal Emulator or adb shell without quotes)​
Better RAM management - services.jar should be patched first in order to match the tweaked LMK values and acheive the said feature.
Check: "cat /sys/module/lowmemorykiller/parameters/adj" vs. the script's defined tweak value
Script runs every ## min/hr/day - all init.d scripts are only initiated every boot, not just by defining a RUN_EVERY variable (LOL!).
Unless script is run using cron scheduler, is run in background with sleep as intervals, or is using (stat)istic of its own log file (time of last modification) for interval check between executions.
Smoothness of {insert.app.name.here} using renice. Ex.: renice -20 `pidof com.android.systemui`
Check: "ps -p | grep com.android.systemui | awk '{print $7}'" vs. the script's defined nice level.
XXX Tweak for/in/using XXX (echo or sysctl) - not all tweaks are available and supported by every device/kernel/ROM
Ex.: echo NO_NORMALIZED_SLEEPERS > /sys/kernel/debug/sched_features ; echo 11000 > /sys/class/touch/switch/set_touchscreen

Works in every device with android 2.3+!
I made a Tool that runs through the terminal emulator, toB00$t your device's Ram and hard drive with no need for apps!!
If you have any suggestions tell me.
To install :
1.Download the file from Mega, Google Drive or AndroidFileHost
2.Make a nandroid backup just to be sure(although you propably aren't going to need it)
3.Flash the zip through recovery
4.Reboot

Checks if the files were installed properly.
2.Trim Menu
Opens the Trim Menu with options to Trim All(/data, /cache, /system), Double trims(/data and /cache, /data and /system, /cache and /system), or individual trims(/data or /cache or /system)
3.B00st Menu
Opens the B00st with options to B00st with all scripts, Ram B00st (light, moderate, aggresive) and files cleaner.
4.DeadSwitches
Switches...
5. Build.prop DeadTweaks
40 Build.prop tweaks with turn all on and turn all off and of course turn the tweakd on and off individually.
6. Cpu Governor DeadTweaks
In here you can enable and disable tweaks for battery, performance or balanced for each governor individually.
7. DeadCpu Manager
This works as an overclockin app where you set the max cpu freq, min cpu freq, governor and IO Scheduler from the ones given by your device and it applies them 30 seconds after boot
8. Reboot Now...
Reboots the phone
9. Changelog
Shows the Changelog.
10. Uninstall DeadB00st
Uninstalls DeadB00st.
11. Check for updates
Here's probably the greatest atribute of this mod: Auto-Update. This option checks for updates downloads them, and installs them automatically from recovery or lets you do it manually by installing from your main storage ( It's named DB.zip)

I thought about that in 2013 but never went full steam ahead with the idea. Good job thinking outside the box. That's how you make great things happen I was the first with the OTA nightly survival and it seems standard in most packages today.

Requirements:-

If you meet all the above requirement then
I think this will work on any device and on any stock rom rom which is running gingerbread but im not 100% sure
as i can't test it to all the devices so test it and give me report....

Instructions:- (How to install)

1. download the zip file main package and addon package download in attachment
2. Save it on your root directory of sdcard i.e. not in any folder
3. reboot into any recovery yeah installer work on any recovery even stock (cwm recomended)
4. install main package i.e. SpeedroidV1.zip
5. reboot your phone (don't flash addon at same time)
6. wait for media scanning to complete and again reboot into recovery
7. flash addonxxx.zip
8. reboot and enjoy

Terminal Usage:-

1. To check that is sucessfully installed
open terminal emulator
and type
su[enter]
Speed[enter]
2. To uninstall via terminal
type

2(a). To uninstall via recovery
1. download uninstaller.zip
2. reboot into cwm recovery
3. flash the uninstaller
4. reboot and Speedroid v1 will uninstalled
3. To boost your droid and reduce ram usage
type in terminal
su[enter]
boost[enter]
4. To monitor avail entropy
type in terminal
su[enter]
entro[enter]
5. To open Seeder menu
type in terminal
su[enter]

What does this do?
This flashable ZIP file attempts to speed up Android OS by implementing tweaks and removing programs that the average Android user may not utilize. It adds build.prop tweaks and removes a lot of applications installed in system/app and system/priv-app. This means that this ZIP file will free up space in your hard drive and increase performance since not as many apps will be running in the background.

Before doing anything, be sure to backup with recovery since things might go wrong.
How to install/update:
1. Download ZIP
2. Boot into recovery mode and make a BACKUP first!
3. Flash my ZIP file
4. After the process, delete/wipe dalvik-cache and cache partitions
5. Done! Now boot into the system and wait for the boot process to take you to lock screen
6. Open Settings > Apps > : (3 dots on the top right corner) > Reset app preferences (If you do not have this step, you can skip)
7. Done! After flashing, I recommend calibrating battery (you do not need to do this every update!)
For updates, just download the updated ZIP and flash it! Easy peasy.
Common Issues:
Boot Loops
Black Screen on Startup
Phone won't boot
Settings do not respond when opened
Certain apps lost functionality
Spam messages saying: "Unfortunately android.app has stopped working"
Any issue that comes up, restore it from backup. Usually, uninstalled system apps are what cause these issues. To prevent these issues, you will need to remove some lines in the updater-script in my ZIP and reflash it.
Compatibility:
This ZIP file should be compatible with all ROMs (even stock), mods, devices and Android versions, but it was specifically tested and built around an S7 Edge using stock.

I do unzip, delete some script i use, zip again, try flash then error in flashing.
Try to flash the original but no change anything.

version 1.3 is working and I haven't tested 1.4beta. Try flashing 1.3.2
If you removed some stuff it is likely you accidentally removed important pieces of code check the lines to make sure that you did not remove the ; symbol
