I was created an application which can play local music files from your phone accross the chromecast. Need testers to check it out, which phone and tablet types working. Its totaly free.

No offense, but I think your app needs some work on having a more native look&feel :

If you wish, you can use either ActionBarSherlock or the support library to have a native action bar .
Im now just want test the Chromecast part, i will change the looking after that works. Thx for the suggestions!

That's awesome news. I've been waiting for this for a while. I wonder if it will ever be as popular as iTunes.
I live in Australia and I can't find Google music App on the market.

That's how it worked in Beta. You choose which folders to upload and you're good to go. The application on the pc checked those folders for new additions and uploaded those as needed

I don't like how the music app does not let me download cloud music to my internal storage. There is absolutely no option to set the download folder or tell it which SD card to use.
However I will still use it since Zune just stole $10 from me duebto the lack of a cloud component like Amazon and Google. No more Zune and No more iTunes. If you wanna sell to me you better putnit in a music locker where I can download it infinite tines or stream it from anywhere.

Unfortunately this plug-in can't be added to the Play Store (for the obvious "Google will kick it in mere minutes" reason), which means we can't take advantage of the Play Store features.
Would there be any payment method other than PayPal that'd work for you?
I am chinese user I guess what I can do is use alipay(you even may not hear about that...).
beside that, i would like suggest add a zombie app in appstore and with payment, and update through xdalab, or i pm you play gift card.

Looks promising! But it seems like I am to stupid to find the download button.
EDIT: The playlist I created was for some reason a mixed, not a YouTube only playlist. Downloading a playlist created with YouTube directly works.
Is there a way to import a playlist already on my YouTube account? I can't seem to find that option.

Hello! This is a great plugin but I have a problem: whenever I enter a search query and I am on cellular data connection it just keeps searching, offering no results. Is anybody experiencing the same?
i wish it has been free,would like to try it out.(I am not using any credit cards personally that's why ) Btw i checked the spotify plugin,in spotify i login using my facebook account and do not worry about the user name and pass.is there any way to login to spotify reading from system settings or any button to login to spotify using facebook or google acc?i mean for faster login option.Also I would like to contribute for translation to Turkish if you can send me the text fields to be translated.I don't understand the github database thing.

Maaaan why £2.00? I don't wanna pay for the privilege of having a YouTube plugin for a music player.
It doesn't work for me (see screenshot)... After clicking play button I can see the play button circling (around the pause icon) but never started playing.. Am i missing to configure anything in particular..

hey bro you can stop song playing if you tab on stop button ... the play function is "just" to preview the song. The main idea is the download part

some songs cannot be played or downloaded it gives error (incompatible format)

I miss a built-in streaming functionality, firefox streaming is choppy and the other option requires another app? If you were to build that functionality into the app it would be very useful to me.
Also the design etc looks good, simple and functional.
Hi ladies and lads,
i am looking for an App that specializes on playing videos and the ability to access Google Drive. The official Drive App doesn't work out for me - everytime i try to scroll on the timeline of the video, i accidentaly swipe back / forth to the next video, when i swipe back its back to start.. it can not show me where i left which results in tedious searching of the last part i was watching, etc
In general, it feels exactly like it is: Drive is not a Video Player, its a Cloud App. Video is just one tiny feature.
Can anybody recommend an App which could provide a better experience when watching Content from Google Drive?

with localcast i am only able to stream to a chromecast, not watch on the local device. or have i missed something?
