Looks like hardware failure, try to contact Samsung service centre because the problem is quite strange if you have not tampered your device in any way.

I also have got the same problem in my Samsung Galaxy Core gt i8262. Sometimes it supports charging and sometimes not...
But the problem is that I had already rooted my phone and updated my Samsung jeally bean 4.1.2 to Kitkat 4.4.2... So, I dont think contacting Samsung Service Centre could be effective...
So, any other solutions guys?

[Q] GS2 usb port or software problem??

I have a Samsun Galaxy S2 SPH-d710 running ICS 4.0.4 and I cant seem to find out whether the problem is the usb port, or the software?
Problems:
Android OS is running at 33%+
Battery drains fast at times, and charges slow.
If I move the usb cord a tiny but, the charging stops and starts, repeatedly.
My PC cant find the device.
What I did to try to fix it:
Deleted all irrelevant apps
Factory reset the device
Moved the little pin in the USB port up towards the screen
After I tried all of this, the device was fine but the charging still was bad, I still get bad connection within the usb port (when i wiggle the cable it connects briefly or doesnt connect at all)
I called and explained the question to a cell phone repair shop and they said it sounded like a port problem and could be fixed within an hour and charged $55. Good or bad deal? I see higher rates elsewhere.
Do you have varranty? If you do they should replace it for free

If you have a i9000 motherboard in it, then go to the thread that covers the i9000 phone. Your best bet to recover it would come from there. By changing the motherboard, it is no longer considered a 959v.

problems with gt-p6800 after samsung's lab repair

Hi guys.
I have a serious problem with my tab.
I had a problem with the sim card adaptor, it doesn't read any sim, so I sent the tab to samsung's labs to repair it.
They solved the problem, but now my tab is really too slow even to open an app like calendar...!
The whole o.s is slow, even the navigation in internet.
The thing that let me think is that I had 4.0.4 in the tab before they repair it, and after they send the tab with honeycomb o.s...
I formatted and updated to 4.0.4, but the problem persist.
What can I do to solve the problem?
I have a screenshot of the principal system information, but I do not know how to attache it...
Thanks a lot

Micromax P480 does not pair with Genius Bluetooth Mouse.

Friends,
I have been trying desperately to get my Genius Bluetooth Mouse Navigator 900 to work on my Micromax P480 tablet which is powered by Android Kitkat.
There is no problem whilst detecting. The mouse is correctly identified as "Genius Bluetooth Mouse". The problem begins when trying to pair this device. The proffered options of "1234", or "0000" do not help at all. The communication is not established. And, an error message is displayed stating that the PIN provided is incorrect. I have also tried using "1111", "12345", "123", "000", and "111" as possible options. But these have been to no avail.
Pressing on the connect button provided underneath the mouse is also of no help. The communication is instantly disconnected on using this button with an identical error message.
The mouse, however, connects to Android Jelly Bean powered Samsung Galaxy DUOS 2 (GT-S7582) without any issues.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks.
Sorry for bumping such an old topic, but did you try pairing after upgrading to Lollipop?

Would you believe it if I told you that Micromax does not seem to offer relevant updates to Lollipop for this model?
I am sorry, too, for responding late.

I have lollipop currently installed, I've made a thread about it too. Let me send the link, wait.

Seems interesting. However, upgrading to Lollipop at this point has taken a backseat for me insofar as this device is concerned. What I am more concerned is with the battery. In its stock mode, the tab does not offer much by way of battery backup. Thank you for sharing that guide. Will check it out as soon as I possibly can.

[Completed] Connecting phone to PC

Hi. i don't know is it the right place for this question but go easy on me please
my galaxy s5 screen blacked out... a car drived over it 2 times so what else can i expect
The problem is that i cannot connect it to the PC , phone is working i can switch it on or off , alarm clock is also working so i'm sure the phone
is ok.
I think my debugging is off or on whatever affects the connection issue.
Is there any way to force connect it to the laptop ?
Maybe it's just an driver issue but i don't kinda know which one from all of those out there i need
i got Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus SM-901F

Greetings and welcome to assist. The accident may have caused damage to your phones internals as well as screen, try installing kies or smarswitch on your pc and see if it recognises it then
Good Luck
