I just flashed the Paranoid 4.4 Beta A1 on my Galaxy (international) S2 and i cant find any Rom related settings....just the normal system settings.
Looking for help!
Have you thought about asking in the Paranoid Android specific ROM section: http://forum.xda-developers.com/paranoid-android
Users there will be much more knowledgeable about PA specifically and may be able to answer those questions.

Hi, i have Samasung Galaxy Grand Neo gt-i9060. I looked everywhere for custom roms for this device but i couldn't find any. In the other hands; SGGN gt-i9082 is getting so many custom roms : CM11, CM12 and more. So, i was wondering whether if i could install gt-i9082's roms on my gt-i9060 without any issues?

NO YOU CAN'T!!!
Unfortunately I don't think such ROM thing exists for you device until now. With a quick search i found this one:

That's just a rooted stock ROM though. Unfortunately low-end devices such as this rarely receive any attention from developers. You can keep an eye out in this section though:

Unfortunately, we don't ask for when something arrives (ETA is a taboo word here). Asking that puts unnecessary pressure on the developer/developers (who are working for free), which may result in hands thrown up in the air with the words shouted "That's it, I quit!".
A better question would be, "Is there plans for Lollipop-based ROM on the Quattro?"
Please go ahead and register for an account, so you can post in other forums. You can then ask that question in the > Legacy & Low Activity Devices > Samsung Galaxy Grand Quattro > Galaxy Grand Quattro Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum.
In the meantime, you can try the custom ROMs that already exist in the development forum. Not as new as Lollipop, but still look worthy.

Recently i was searching for updates of my devices: samsung galaxy j1-00f (which is running on android 4.4.4 kitikat) and Samsung galaxy core prime sm-g361h (which is running on android 5.1.1 lollipop).
But samsung has rejected that and i heard about the xda developers which is a high development site.
And i am looking for stock rom marshmallow for these two. If there is so please contact me as fast as possible.
And its custom recovery installation instruction.
