Will they work? Because i love them and want to buy them
What concerns me is the mic and button functionality. Will they work?
If they're 3.5mm jack they should work, and yeah, the mic should also work, but dont hold to my word.

Hi,
can i use iphone eraphone for LG Optimus P500 ?
Well you can only hear sound from them but the in line remote and mic won't work but I tried on HTC one v and boost latest blackberry 9310 and everything works perfectly with Apple earphones. Let me know if there's anything else you need to know.

Any 3.15 mm jack earphone delivers sound but if any extra features are present like some buttons then they may not work
You can use iPhone earphones with it, and the play/pause button does work (depends on what ROM you are using) but the volume buttons is simply NOT work, due to the fact that the original LG earphones didn't have them. Other functions such as double-click to next song and pause work. The triple-click to previous song doesn't work (It just goes to next song, and then pauses).
funny, because my blackberry earphones have the button and it works perfectly with my phone (except when the screen is off, then it takes about 3 mins to stop/start the music) but then again, i am using aokp milestone 6

I am planning buy the Philips SHE3595BK headset. In the company website, it specifies that this model is compatible with LG mobiles. But am not sure if its compatible with P500. Has anyone tried this model or suggest if it would be compatible. I need the play/pause, mic features too.

Has anyone tried Nokia earphones 205. It costs 349 INR?

You can use any 3.5 mm earphone. As long as it is 3.5mm earphone and in working condition, you can use it with your LG Optimus One P500 mobile. :good:
The sound (bass effects) may vary depends on the sound driver IC in the earphone. But it should work with all the general aspects. Also the stop/play, next song switcher features may not work as from earphone. It requires the Music player apps support + internal apps layer support to identify and do the proper functions.
I think every headset with the same connector as a mobile should work.
I'm having trouble streaming bluetooth through to these speakers. \
It connects and pairs just fine, but when I hit play on the Moto G it plays, but no sound comes through the speakers? If I disconnect bluetooth the playback stops, just as if it was connected to a speaker that was then disconnected.
Any ideas? Anybody else with the same problem?

I think it's just a JBL - moto incompatibility. Moto G works with all the other speakers around and the OnBeat aWake works with everything but this phone and my mum's Moto X.
whenever i use ANY bluetooth earphone with my new Moto G (dual sim version) , the person at the receiver end hears an echo of their own voice.
this doesnt happen when i use a wired headset....
i have tried 2-3 different bluetooth earphones, everytime the reciever hears his own echo. but all these different bluetooth headsets work perfectly when used with other phones..........
what may be causing this problem? is there any solution to this.
(i tried two different samsung hm1300 earphones and one samsung hm1100 earphone)

Just want to chime in and say I have the same problem with calls using the hands free kit in my car. I use a Nokia ck-7w car kit, which worked perfectly with my previous 3 phones, but the Moto G appears to have problems with the person at the other end hearing an echo of thier own voice.
I suspect the issue is either to do with the new version of Android, the newer version of bluetooth, or the Moto G itself.
Same here (with iluv wired headset). Just to draw some attention to anyone who might have a fix.

Hi, I've used many brands of earphones on my moto G (Philips - TDK - Maxell - ...) . None of them ever caused any problems

And what if you try to put the earphone first, then play a song?
Anyway, I used Nokia earphones and Sennheiser professional headphones with the Moto G, both worked fine.:good:
OK tried Samsung, dont work, Tried Nokia don't work, I have old HTC headphones that do work but sadly only 1 earphone works. So are HTC headphones the way to go with the Moto G?
