[Q] Problem!! Moto G - Moto G Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I rooted my Moto G and after a while it started becoming slow and I tried to restart it but it didn't wanted to, so I downloaded Root Explorer from Google Play Store and i delete everything, then the phone turned off. Now when i try to turn it on it just gets stuck on the boot loader. Please help me fix this.

WTH!?
What do you mean you "deleted everything"?

you 'delete everything' and expect it to work better? lol lookup the Rootjunky channel on youtube and he provides step-by-step instructions for restoring the Moto G, assuming u can still access the bootloader screen

Didn't work

mine did that when I had an update pending in the /cache folder. the update failed but it was like the phone kept trying to install it. but it would reboot into recovery, not the boot loader.

Can your phone go into recovery ?
If not the title is misleading .
Forever living in my Galaxy Ace using XDA App
Hi,
I tried to update my LG optimus 2x to android 2.3.4 but I forgot to turn "windows
Enabler.exe" ON and "UpTestEX_mod2_marwin.exe" stuck on upgrade stage at 4% so I just closed "UpTestEX_mod2_marwin.exe" and unplugged my phone. then I turned it (I exactly followed the instruction for upgrading in website) and phone stuck at "S/W upgrade ....: window. then I downloaded and followed the instruction for flashing the phone but after pushing "flash.bat" it stuck at "nvflash started" command and didn't happen anything after 25 mins so I stopped the window. then I tried recovery (push vol_down then power and release ...) and after opening up "Android recovery utility" I could go up and down on menus but I couldn't select it. I'm really confused what to do and will be really grateful if somebody help me.

Try this, remove the battery and plug the phone into the charger, remember the battery is out of the phone. Now try to boot up. If it does not boot up then unplug the phone and try to boot recovery. If that works then pop the battery back in and boot up. Something like that happened to my G2X.

[Q] Moto G Possibly Bricked Phone

I tried to unlock the bootloader earlier today. The unlocking process was successful, but after I restarted the phone. It does the motorola boot animation and just goes to a blank screen. (First time, it said setup failed)
The phone also won't turn off =(
Is this a bricked issue? And is there a way to fix it?

Phone works fine now!!

[Q] I have problems with updating lollipop 5.0 in my Nexus 4.

So, my phone was stuck in No Command bootloop. I’ve done the power+volume up and had cleared cache and even done a factory reset. Those did nothing and my phone is still in stuck No Command loop. I think I’ve made it even worse by trying to Flash Recovery and Reboot options in the Nexus Tool Kit because my phone won’t even get to the No Command screen. It just turns on and turns off after Google comes on. Currently it stuck in that loop and only stops once the battery is completely drained. Also i have tried using power + volume up and it doesn't help . Please help

As you've upgraded to lollipop ?? You came from a custom rom ?? Enters the bootloader?

with wugfresh nexus root toolkit click on the button "soft-bricked"(flash stock + unroot) or something like that to restore the phone. After that try another time to unlock and root with a custom recovery (for example twrp).
When nexus root toolkit installing the original lollipop rom, look the "dos window" to see if the software shows errors, because sometimes the process ends without a real restore.
If you have other problems, please post a screenshot.

Bricked or fixable?

So I have a Google Pixel Verizon locked model, that has never been modified, and just recently started boot looping.
It shows the GOOGLE logo on the white background for a few seconds before the screen goes black and tries to boot again.
I am able to get to the recovery mode sometimes (usually when the phone is cold and then can boot into it, otherwise just goes into the same above boot loop.
I have been able to chill the phone by putting it in the fridge, then able to get into the recovery mode.
I have attempted a factory wipe and boot, but when I attempt boot, it just goes back to the boot loop of google screen and black screen
am I bricked? I wanted to try flashing a new rom, but since its locked, and I have no way to get into the phone to activate developer mode, I don't think I can do anything
It sounds like a hardware problem, especially when you mention that chilling the phone helps. Unless someone else has some ideas, your only other option might be to go through Google support.
When in recovery, have u tried booting to bootloader and flash stock firmware with fastboot?
Cheers

yes, i get an error 21, which i believe is due to the locked bootloader
Since u can't go into fastboot, I think it's best to go to a service center or something.
Good luck.
Cheers

Unrooted my Moto G7 Power to update and now it will not boot

I unrooted my phone through Magisk Manager to get the Android 10 update, and I guess I missed a step. Because when my phone rebooted, it comes up with the "No Command" screen after showing the unlocked bootloader warning.
I am able to enter the recovery mode and all of those settings, but my phone wont boot normally. It doesn't even show the Motorola "M". If I leave it on for a bit, it will switch between the unlocked bootloader warning and the no command screen. I've already tried a factory reset but that does nothing.
Am I stuck with a broken phone, or is there another hope? I'll do my best to provide more info if needed. Please help!
