There's no such thing as a "Russian" ROM. It doesn't exist. You need to find localization software like Paragon Software Leng. There are also products by Quarta and MacCentre. Search for them in RUnet.
Settings for Beeline are:
access point: internet.beeline.ru
login: beeline
password: beeline
That's it, no need to set anything else up.

3. Send an MMS message with any text (should not be blank) to 000 (that's 3 zeroes).

You can use driver=GX
GDI is standart windows driver and it is a little bit slower

The path is --> core/res/res/values-ta-rIN/donottranslate-maps.xml
Currently I have used the values for Hindi language. Will it be the same for Tamil too?
