"1) SystemUI copy the system folder and Set the resolution"
What do you mean "set the resolution"? Would be to set the file permissions?
Thks...

If you cooked it as you say you would know, icons are in systemUI apk and framework apk
They ain't overly difficult to replace
You don't even need to make a cwm zip, just edit, use root explorer and overwrite originals in /system/app, framework will cause fc/hot reboot, systemUI crashes statusbar (ofc), and best to hot reboot afterwords anyways

Follow the instructions from the link in my signature (image replacement). You don't have to endure the crashes with manually replacing them if done correctly.

I've tried to port z2 style battery icon with percentage inside it..
There are no errors in the SystemUI.apk....
But when I push it in system/app and reboot...it shows systemui has stopped working..
Can someone help please...???
I've attached the SystemUI below..
can you tell us how do you mod your systemui? I mean steps, are you using apktool or simply changing icons by extracting and rezipping?
Items Required:-
1) SystemUI.apk
2) Apktool
3) Any text Editor such as Notepad ++ Or 920 Text Editor Or Jota Editor
Steps:-
1) First of all decompile SystemUI.apk
2) Now open decompiled UI.
3) Goto res/values folder of your decompile systemUI.
4) Open Dimens.xml By any text editor.
5) Search status_bar_size .
6) You will get something likes this :-
@*android:dimen/status_bar_height .
7) Now delete @*android:dimen/status_bar_height and replace it by 50.0dip .
8) Now Save it.
9) Recompile it. Push Meta Inf and androidmanifest.xml of original ui into the modded one.
10) Push it,,,,, and set permissions to rw--r-r
Tested by me in Samsung Galaxy Star Pro GT-S7262 JB 4.1.2
