You installed CWM before you flashed it?
Used fastboot to flash the CWM recovery.img then flashed the ICS leak update.zip from the sdcard, I couldn't get it to flash the update.zip without CWM for some reason

So that means the process for unlocking the bootloader for ICS works on HC. Great find (although you almost ended up with a paperweight ).
i did the same as the OP and I've tried the reset button and it doesn't seem to want to work.
Any help would be appreciated.

I can get into APX mode but no fastboot. And as you know you need the CPU ID to get through EUUs, I'm not sure how to get the CPU ID number.

Can I ask how you got the SBK? That's not available for the A100. The method used for the A500 doesn't work on the A100 bootloader either. If the device is stuck in APX mode then it's bricked and will need to be sent to Acer for repair or a motherboard replacement will need done by yourself or someone you take it to.

What recovery version you had when you do the wipe? and what twrp version you tried to install after?
Did you wipe data from the bootloader? Depending upon which custom recovery you were running and which bootloader you have you might be in trouble.......
Do you know which versions you had?

If you don't have nvflash backups then unfortunately you can't restore from apx mode.
Can you answer the question - which bootloader were you on and where did you wipe from? In recovery or in the bootloader?

If you are unable to get to the boot loader, or recovery, then yes the tablet is bricked. APX mode does not allow access to the parts containing the recovery or boot loader. If you can get to the boot loader, aka holding down power button and volume down button, should be able to see what boot loader you have a flash a compatible recovery. If not, then your tablet is bricked, which seems to be the case.

Same happened to me after unlocking the bootloader. Here's what you need to do.
Boot into the bootloader and enter recovery.
Press and hold power and quickly press volume up, that will open the menu.
Wipe data/factory reset.
The phone will reboot and you should be good to go.

You have the stock recovery on your phone, not team win. You say you've done a factory reset in the recovery? Try that again first. If that doesn't work then flash the factory image.

Hi! I don't know what to do anymore. I rooted my Nexus 5 and I install Lollipop. I don't remember what I did now my device loop on the Teamwin screen. I can go to the fastboot mode ( Power + volume down) and that's it. I can not go in the recovery mode because it's bringing me back to the teamwin screen and keep looping. Can you help me?
I hosed my nexus 5 trying to root it. I can get to the bootloader and recovery but when I try to use adb twrp says it failed. I have tried using a couple of different tools to get it back to stock but they reboot from the bootloader and it stops at the boot up screen and never goes any further. I really hope i can fix this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you mean that after a succesfull flash of the factory image in fastboot it will not boot and you`re stuck on the bootscreen? If so go into fastboot, go to recovery and wipe the caches and data factory reset and reboot.

The problem is when I push the power button, my phone automatically boots to recovery mode which is Twrp, yeah I was my only problem last time. I though my problem was solved but still when I turn on my phone it automatically boots recovery. I googled again and did something. But a big problem shows up, When I turn on my phone, it boots automatically to twrp but after the samsung logo flashes, black screen appears. Its just blank but the my phone black light is on and I think im on twrp since everytime I touch the screen it vibrates.

There is already a guide available for how to flash stock rom, which you can check out here. You can get the stock rom from sammobile, the official samsung firmware resource which you can check out here.
Good luck!
Edit: You can then try to reflash twrp and if it doesn't work, post about it in the twrp thread for your device.

Samsung doesn't use fastboot, they use download mode and flash with Odin. Be familiar with these kinds of specifics about a device if you're going to give advice, otherwise you might tell someone something very wrong unintentionally.

CWM is a dead project, it is no longer supported, that is why you are only finding TWRP. If you want custom recovery, use TWRP, it is a much better recovery than CWM anyway.
