I'm running 4.2.2 on my note 8.0 and it is working well. Also using it on my s3 running 4.1.2. Both tw roms
sent via note 8.0

Just opens and force closes on my Note 8. I'm stock 4.1.2 and rooted.

Because it has exynos. I'm done with them and if a phone doesn't have SD and locked bootloader. I'm done. I won't be buying the note 7.
