I'm running 4.2.2 on my note 8.0 and it is working well. Also using it on my s3 running 4.1.2. Both tw roms

note 10.1 is neon enabled, the neon-version of xbmx should work fine.

Looks like you're primarily on T-Mobile in which case if you i535 isn't active on vzw network it won't get the update. You can flash a ROM. But you have to be on the network for it to pull from their servers.

Guys I have verizon s3 still stock on ics and every time I hit update nothing works so yeah I even try to clear google frame works nothing works. yes I have a note 2 on tmobile but also have a s3 on verizon.

I just flashed wanam's rom thats in the international forum everything went smoothly dont even have to factory reset no problems everything is perfect I have 4 way reboot and even custom kernel. My model changed i9505 i can flash themes and mods. I encourage people to try it out.

The i9500 is clocked at 1.6 the i9505 has the same processor as ours.

The only thing that should be different between the i9505 and the I337/I337M is the modem. Wifi is managed by the kernel, so this shouldn't be affected. However, US cellular bands could be different from European (850/2100 MHz). The Snapdragon 600 supports 850, 900, 1700, 2100 and more. As long as you flash the modem specific for your region you shouldn't have any issues, considering the hardware is exactly the same.
I think the biggest fear people faced on this forum was about possibly bricking the device since most of the carrier specific firmwares weren't publicly released yet.

yeah I tried using omega rom v3 and I got it to boot but only got an error when turning on wifi
