just flashed the stock RUU back on to the phone... had issues going through the initial setup until i noticed what is going on, when i press on the left side of the screen the icon/app on the opposite responds. so for example in my keyboard, pressing q types p, caps does backspace, same goes for icons on the home screen, when i pull down notification screen and want to open settings i have to press on the clock on the opposite side. the 3 bottom buttons do work as expected.
- i restarted the deivce
- i turned it all the way off and back on
- i disabled Sense keyboard (via apps)
issue persists
anyone any ideas? help a dude out please... thanks in advance!

Anyone have problems with the 4 hard keys on the front of the phone and the scroll wheel? Talking about the att fuze here. Randomly when using the text program it will scroll in and out without stopping. Only way to make it stop is to press the power button to turn the screen off then again to turn the screen back on. Also, when i press the bottom left key to bring up the dialer sometimes it will not and just do nothing. Just as in a phone call i press the bottom right hard key to hang up the call and sometimes it will not respond what so ever.
I know the keys work because when i press them they light up showing i pressed them but they have no effect. This happens about 50% of the time and not at all rom related. I have tried over 8 different roms including those with tf3d2 and wm6.5 and all have the same problem. I have even tried flashing to the stock att rom and even on that rom i am still having this problem. I have never dropped my phone or any physical damage. Any ideas? I have already called warranty exchange and have another fuze on its way to me. I am convinced it has to be hardware related some how since no rom will work 100% for me with these keys. I have had my phone since january and out of the blue this all started about 3 weeks ago.

I dont have that problem, but sometimes my keys dont work and I have to turn off the screen and turn it back on
sometimes I even have to soft-reset my phone
this is partially because the Left and Right directional button is roughly between the Home/pick up and Back/hang up keys respectively. you have to press more towards the corner otherwise it will register as a left or right press.
another situation is when it is running a bunch of processes in the background it forgets what keys are what and you just have to turn it off and turn it back on (the display) and it should work again. that or open a random program and exit out back into tf3d

Actually, I have exactly the problem that you're reporting where the zoom in happens circurlarly, without any ceasing. It's driving me batty.
today i noticed an odd issue with the lights on the navicap on my TP, When the screen switches off the lights on the navicap stay illuminated (The home, back, answer and hangup buttons) the light round the dpad/scroll wheel dont light up tho, i dont know how long this has been going on though as i have only just noticed it
does anyone know why this mite happen or any ideas to solve it

I also can confirm this issue.
Seems to happen only when the light has been activated in landcape mode.
I can recreate this failure every time I reply to a SMS:
Slide open keyboard
Keyboard and navipad lights come on
Reply to sms
Press power button
...and tada! The light is stuck on
The light will go off if I press the center dpad button before I turn off the device, or if I turn back on the device and tap the button.
This problem has followed me through 3 ROMs: the stock ATT Fuze ROM, the new ATT ROM, and an older EnergyROM (8/11/09, not sure which version anymore).
I can also confirm that this problem exists across multiple phones running stock software. My first Fuze had this problem, my current Fuze has this problem, and my friend's Fuze does too. Very odd.
Not a showstopper, but I figure it's the only annoyance I really have to put up with day to day, now that I've got the phone configured the way I like it.
Anyone have any ideas?

So I have GingerDX installed with no issues except this one. I tried wiping and fresh install but it is still an issue for me.
It mostly happens with the keyboard, everytime I bring it up, I get the background and empty screen. When I press back, keyboard goes away and everything goes back to normal. It happens with default keyboard and swype which is the keyboard I want to use.
I have seen it occur at other times occasionally though. Anybody got any ideas? This basically makes the phone unusable if I can't type.
Oh and if I rotate the screen, sometimes, it causes the keyboard to appear with squeezed input box and I can use the phone but other times, this does not work.

Hi all, hope someone can point me in the right direction.
My Infuse is running Stock 2.3.3 (Rogers) unlocked and rooted. An issue that started only today is that on both the main screen and in the drawer, click and hold on a icon is giving me unexpected results.
I would expect when I click and icon on the main screen, it would show the 'delete' and allow me to discard the icon from the screen. Instead it enters 'preview', showing all the screens.
In the App Drawer its the same thing - pressing and holding an app doesn't add it to the main screen, instead it opens 'preview' showing all screens in the App Drawer.
I'm not sure whats happened - issue remains after restarting the Infuse as well.
Any advice appreciated!
Charging causing issue
May have solved my own issue.
It looks like the process of charging the phone was the cause. Unplugging the phone immediately resolved the issue. Plugging back in cause more erratic behaviour related to click and hold, as well as swipe issues.
Anyone else have usability issues when the phone is on charge?
So I just started having this problem today where when I go to make a call in my dialer, the screen turns white (except the status and nav bars) and it won't let me press home, back, or even the power button. After a short period with the white screen, the phone randomly reboots itself. It's a pain in the ass if you have to press a number when you're calling someone i.e. an extension.
I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem and if there's an easy fix for it. Thanks in advance.
