I think Titanium Backup has a feature called "Backup all apps", which backs up all apps, system or not.

You have to flash a kernel with it or cwm.

Sure. Find an Xperia J kernel that has it, then flash it via fastboot.

First make sure you have at least 1gb free space on your internal storage/ ext card.
Then boot to cwm and make backup from there.

Have u installed cwm on ur fone? If no, then first install it(search cwm for miro) and follow the steps.
1. Turn of ur phone
2. Press power button.
3. When you see sony logo, start pressing volume - button repeatedly. You will be in cwm.
Press thanks if i helped.

Check the Development Section. Plenty of ROMs available there for Miro. See which one suits you.

It depends whether the phone has an unlocked bootloader. ;P
For example my Miro's BL can't be unlocked so I can't install cm 10..which obviously sucks.
So what I wanted to say is that you have to check if your bootloader is locked or unlocked.

FTF files are official firmware packages from SONY for our Xperia Smartphones.
Flashing them, we get what SONY offers to our phones.
We differentiate them by the build number.
Look out for the FTF files in our forum to know more about them, Or you are free to ask more questions/PM me about it
My phone has unlocked bootloader and rooted, can l flash original ftf.?

You can flash stock FTF via flashtool...

No.
Your boot loader won't get locked if you flash your firmware. But you can lock your boot loader with your drm keys intact if you have taken a back up of the keys. It is said you can relock your bootloader even without the drm keys. But don't know how much that would help in pcc or sus.
