Hello everybody, this is my first thread.
I bought in minideal the A850i a week ago. Since the first day the phone is rebooting without warning.
Sometimes it is rebooting NON Stop for more than an hour [till the battery is empty]
I wrote to minideal and they send me the official ROM and flash tool [Lenovo-A850I_140208_Lang_CN(1)]
I flashed with success BUT the phone is still rebooting! I cant use for more than 5 minutes sometimes.
Can you please help?
I may send the phone back to HK but this costs something like 43 euro!

Is the battery stable? My sister's phone was once rebooting because of the battery moving... put a piece of paper an the bottom to stuck it there :laugh:

Thanks, I will try and let you know. Hope this will solve the problem, the phone keeps rebooting for hours. USELESS!

I did try. No change. It keeps rebooting. I even have no time to see what apps are active. I lost my money...

Send it back for replacement or ask for a refund.The device is probably defective.
You can also start dispute on PayPal.
It can be done within 45 days from the purchase date.

Hello there,
I'm by no means an expert with mobile phones, but was recently given a C600 and having done some research on the net managed to unlock the phone myself.
However, although the phone was working fine with an O2 prepay sim card for the past few weeks, it has now decided to have what can only be described as a 'fit' every time i try to use it.
Half the time the three colured screen comes up when i turn it on, which says tornado, and a series of numbers, and then when i can get the phone switched on properly, half the time some of the buttons refuse to work, and the other half the phone will decide to flip between the earpiece volume setting screen, the camera, and the voice command thingy, when all i am trying to do is to text my mate to see if he wants to go for a beer!
Needless to say i haven't had a beer for the last two days, and am a little annoyed about being constantly outwitted by a mobile phone, so i decided to come to the experts for help.

Wow you waited whole hour and a half before you gave up to wait for an answer, LOL.

Your problem is cammera button - its half stuck so you need to clean it.

didn't change the rom at all as i heard that the new one was no good, its as it came out of the factory...
however, the toggle button is now not responding at all as with many other c600s from what i can tell on the net, so i may have to install the new rom anyway and hope that solves the problem.
i have a feeling that i will have to go through the entire process of unlocking the phone again when i have installed the new rom also, i'm starting to wonder if it is worth it....but i do really like the phone so it would be a shame to give up

25 and a half hours, but sorry for the impatience its just very frustrating to not be able to use a phone when i have no spare.
i'm pretty sure the problem runs a little deeper than the camera button but i'll give it a try.

I have JasJam, and it was ok until I removed the battery one day for some reasons, when I put back the battery the mobile was dead!!
when I try to charge it.. it shows red light instead of green!
I tried to follow some web-solutions so I removed the battery while the AC was plugged in, the red light then start flashing! I put the battery again but with no result! the red light is back.
I tried to hard-reset it, but even this was not working, it's not accepting the hard-reset!!
please help

I want to add something, I'm sure that battery is ok because i tried to use it in another device and it was ok.

Hey there, im afraid it doesnt look good my freind. Are you still using stock rom or a cooked one?
Assume you cant even enter bootloader if hard reset doesnt work?

that's right, I can't enter bootloader..
actually, my Jasjam fall in water before three days, but i dry it and it works normally for two days after!
then when I removed the battery and put it back the problem started!
is it possible that it's some kind of shortage ?

Id say your only option is to take it in to a service shop, although its probably cheaper to get a different machine im afraid!
i just got my bricked phone repair, so today i shut down it, so i can insert sim card, when i try to turn it on, IT WONT!! :crying:
my phone bricked again by just restarting?? how come, any explanation for this. :crying:
Just install stock Rom and your problem will be solved

k, but I stated the repair company should have some kind of warranty
Get a new iPhone and don't mess with it.

alright, i will call the repair shop and ask them if they can fix again or does have warranty like 7 days or something.

they actually have 15 day service warranty.
but i still dont understand, how come the phone only lasted for 1 day after it has been repaired.
and what repair they will do again to fix it?

i will not update it, will use the phone for 1 week then i can assume it is alright.
im not sure if it gets bricked after trying to update, but i'll stay away from updating.

Good choice
Just bought Galaxy S6 yesterday... woked fine until 3 hrs later it jus seems to reboot randomly....like maybe once an hour ...or twice ,,...even 3x's ....woke up this morning my phone was off.... can someone help...I am a medical courier and dependent on my phone to work at all times no problem....to deliver patients medications at any given time.....I cant be at work trying to update my work deliveries on my phone if it keeps resetting...Not what I expected from Samsung's Galaxyyy s6

Factory reset the device. If that doesn't help, your device is probably faulty and you should return it.

Its a wifi issue, there are a lot of people with your problem, try FXR en WiFi Fix. It Doesn t work for me but maybe you are more lucky.

no this one is a different problem, it rebots without wifi on , i tried everything but nothing helped me

You should try a hard reset and never turn wifi on. I have random reboots and freezes too (even with wifi off) and that solved to me.

Let us know what happens... I'm getting terrible signal and I've had several soft reboots... SM-G920I
I have already returned twice and this one has the same bad signal problem and now it's been rebooting itself..... Missing my Galaxy S5 real bad now

with wifi turned off same problem nothing happened, phone rebbots during searching the web, during talking, same sh*t,
after hard reset during changing language it reboots 2 times, so with my ugly phone there is no problem with wifi but its a problem with cpu or ram vs rom.

Are you on the latest firmware for your region? What about cell signal? Did you install any apps after reset? I'm still trying to figure this phone out... I've been with Samsung 4ever and really want this phone to work right! But might have to cut my losses and go back to my S5

I don't think it's a Wi-Fi issues becuz I am facing the same exact problem, and I'm getting a replacement device too. Becuz it happens even when Wi-Fi is turned off. I think it has to do with the phone can't handle heavy loads when it's doing alot of multitasking the ram management is horrible real bad.

Yea it's just Samsung fault that's all. The only reason I am returning mines though is becuz I rooted it and tripped Knox and now they have came out with a method to root without tripping Knox lol so I am going to get a different one with Knox back to 0x0 but as for the random reboots only Samsung can fix that issue with a software update and don't hold your beath. Because only some devices are getting update which is so stupid.
Hi Guys /girls.
Just got an S7, brand new on O2 (UK). I usually root my phones but haven't touched this as it's quick enough and I don't want to play around with it until the warranty ends.
In the past few days the phone has been freezing, then it will turn off, sometimes restarting entering a bootloop. It will come back on for a minute or two, then repeats.
At the moment it is working following a forced restart but not sure if this will last. Has anyone else had these issues? Or does anyone know what it could be? Going to get it swapped anyway just to make sure but I can't understand the cause. Thanks in advance
Had the same issue this moth, send it to warranty it will only be worse over the days. Samsung replaced my mbo and now everything is ok
Getting worse.... Trying to get it sorted with O2 is an absolute joke, their customer service is disgusting. Been into two stores and on the phone to them twice and they're not simply swapping it for me.... I haven't even had the device three weeks

Contact Samsung on twitter, they offered to send a courier to my house free of charge to collect mine and fix the pink dot problem

Are you using anything the same as with the last one, like a MicroSD card or headphones etc?
Anything that is common between the two phones?
Same app that might be doing it? Maybe a restore from a Google backup when you first boot up reinstalling a buggy app?
Did you upgrade firmware to the latest version? It might be a software bug.
Seems fine now cheers guys. Auto frmware updates (x2) were done last night....must have been a one off. Definitely won't be rooting this device like my older phones!
