Command and conquer or the old PC style Warcraft, ad free of course. Maybe a good flight simulator.

+1 to the old school Warcraft...i'd personally like Warcraft II (more polished, more levels, more units, more awesome).

I believe Android apps use Java or a Java-like programming language. Google has help available to help budding programmers to develop apps

XDA is a mobile development site, not a PC games site. That's what Google is for.
Also, you might want to read the XDA rules as cross-posting is one of the things listed to not do.

Personally I'd say as far as games go my favorite are Robot Unicorn Attack 2 and Flow, as they are both easy to pick up and put down.
For game, I love Clash of Clans.
For App, it would be supersu + root explorer

Do it yourself with a memory editor. I use GameCIH. Has a buggy overlay but gets the job done.
I've never played the game you're trying to hack in, but rule of thumb this if you have to use real money to buy coins, that sort of thing is probably server sided and you can't edit the values. Which means the hack is BS.

If you're talking about bypassing in-game purchases to get for free what you'd normally pay for, that's something we don't discuss at xda.
No its not like just like to my to level up faster since its hard to level up on this game....
