Hi Guys
I'm new at this hope you can help. I have the Asus TF300T and it is unlooked, rooted, and TWRP 2.2 recovery. (I have done a lot of reading the last few months) I am running the latest version of Jellybean from ASus which you guys call stock i believe. I would now like to have his extended power menu. But I don"t know how to do it. I also don't know if i need odex or deodex. And does that still enable me to keep the Asus version of Jellybean on my tablet or due I need mod version.
Hope someone can help
Thanks in advance
Linda

You actually got the right area, and here are your answers...
First, how to do it - remember how you flashed in root? Do the same thing with this zip.
Do you need odex or deodex? By default the stock ROM is odex, so that's what you want.
Finally, you keep the same ROM you're using. This is just a tiny mod to it.
I'm running this myself and love it.

Hello!
I have this nice Asus TF300TL tablet but it's quite laggy and slow from time to time. So I've been reading the forums and things about how you can install CleanROM on it for better stability and performance. But, the instructions are only for TF300, TF300T or TF300TG. Does one of those work for my LT version?
My tablet has currently 4.1.1 installed and it's not rooted.
Is this guide good for my needs?

They will kill your LTE capability, or kill your data capability altogether, or worse.
Just root it and disable a bunch of the crapware with titanium backup, system app remover, or another app freezing program.
Hi,
After 2 years I want to give my Asus TF300T a second life. I want to use it as a browser only (kiosk) tablet in the store of my parents to show their webshop to shop customers. The official ROM is pretty slow, what is the best/lean custom ROM I can install to get the best user experience? If possible, it should support the hardware keyboard. I searched for custom ROMS on this forums, but I don't know which one is most suitable.
Thanks in advance for your help!
Kind regards,
Jeroen

Hi Jeroen,
try KatKiss MarshMallow 6.0.1 Release
http://forum.xda-developers.com/transformer-tf300t/development/rom-t3237867
It is very responsive and gives a brand new second life to your Asus TF300T, really! Nothing to do with the slow and old official ROM. Much better of CyanogenMod too!
It supports the hardware keyboard too.
Cheers
