Dust under screen - Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I bought my Note Pro 12.2 3 weeks ago and yesterday realized that there is dust under the screen staring at me. It wasn't there at the time I bought it. Do you guys have any suggestions how to remove it. The service center said this issue is not under warranty.

I don't know about Samsung but I had this problem with my Macbook Pro years ago. Apple just exchanged a new one for me.

Wanted to Buy Note 7 but its no more, Which phone to buy now? or wait?

hi,i live in india,
i was using S7 edge one and half month ago, i was enjoying it, i sold it because i knew that note 7 is coming,
note 7 is the best cool looking smartphone, but its now RIPPED, i have no phone right now,
which phone i should buy now,
i dont want to buy Google pixel,xl, because its made by HTC and HTC already closed many their service center in india because of less response, so no support in my area.
iphone 7, since iphone 6s, because got bad reputation in india, because of B GRADE Batches in india, 95% of their phone have dust issue in display and in camera lens, i also replace my 6s for 6 time new boxes, still i was suffering for this issue, apple is sending bad batch in india because people are dont look so closely to dust, but its bad for those who cares about these things especially me,
i want a phone which i can use Long period a high end phone, good to hold and Standard in people, it should not like "cheap phone"

Camera lens dust on 3 weeks old S7

My S7 is only 3 weeks old. Today I started noticing dust on the rear camera senser (on all photos I took with that camera today) I checked my old photos and it's not there 2 days ago and I am sure there is no scratch on my camera glass (I believed the dust actually moved one time)
Nothing happened to my phone the last few days and I am not sure how the dust got in there. Should I try to open the phone to see if I can fix this myself or it will be better to contact others to have it serviced? I bought the phone from Bestbuy with a Verizon DPP, so I am not even sure which party to contact in my case (Bestbuy, Verizon or Samsung) to get the phone serviced. Anyway, seems like after 14 days I won'the be able to exchange it for a new phone (may get a refurb back, which really suck since I only had it for 3 weeks)

Looking to buy BRAND NEW edge

I am sad that Samsung abandoned this phone. I got my note the first day it came out in 2014. Went to work late to pick it up. Best phone I ever had.
But I have worn it out. just got the note 8 and am sadly disappointed. Especially with the notifications. So I have 10 days to rake this back. Does anyone know where I can find a real, new, Samsung note for t-mobile? Amazon and ebay all say they have new but it ends up being refurbished. ANY help you can provide would be appreciated. Help!!! Samsung is cheating me out of my trade!!!

I sent my Galaxy Fold in as my trade for the new one. When initially received, I was told it was accepted and credited accordingly. Now, more than 10 days later, I’m being told I sent in a device I don’t think I’ve ever owned and certainly not the one in the box. They say I owe them $800 since the device in the box was an S7 which cannot be traded for the new Fold. What do I do?
it happened to me yesterday as well, i traded my galaxy watch with active 2, the value was $74, which is not big deal compare to your device, so they said i sent them something other than galaxy watch, but they didn't specify, and a link to get it back, so i requested to send it back, and i am waiting for it. it seems there is some sort of trade in packages that mixed up some how.
Similar thing happened to me when I traded in my son's old iPad mini 4 and purchased new iPad 5th generation. Apple valued the iPad over the net $90.00 and then after we purchased new iPad they send me the old iPad back stating that camera doesn't work. It was working when we send it in.
I have traded recently my old Samsung tablet S4 for the new S7+ and they gave me $300.00 credit. I wonder if it's going go through without any problems....

Question Motherboard problems in ROG phone 5

My phone "Stoned" after about 3 months of use. My phone has never been used for Gaming..Only official stuff. Found it dead one night and submitted to Delhi ASUS service centre TVS in Nehru place. For 2 months now, they kept saying spare parts have been ordered we can't refund. Now they are offering me a replacement. God help if this goes bad just after my warranty period expires. I am still paying EMI for the phone i no longer possess.. borrowed a smart-phone LG brand from a friend.. which is a **** phone but works. They called me today to take a replacement. Got them to write to ASUS for warranty extension of 2 months.. Fingers crossed. Lets see how long the replacement works for me. Anyone else who got a replacement? Please comment...
