You can install digital clock by extracting only the digitalclock.apk from the zip file and push the same to system/app in your phone.

You need to download by navigating to "file" menu and select "download".

Fyi, I am running stunnerz latest rom, .26.1 and I installed your zip, everything seems to work fine except for the tw launcher, which btw is not a problem for me as I didn't really plan on using it , but to anyone who is on this rom here is what I encountered when I used the launcher. It only goes 4 across and it seems like it is spaced for 5 across, check the pics to see what I mean, and the divider is way up about a 1/3 up the screen, weird?

I was searching samsung apps , so I just flashed your zip and everithing worked fine , even if it is designed for galaxy note but it is working on galaxy S, exept for polaris wich is closing whenever I try to open or edit a document

Great, I was looking for the clock package! I also hope to find the original alarm from the Galaxy SII ICS 4.0 to put on CM9 based roms. The clock package from the Galaxy SII looks just awsome.
The only thing, how to get this working?
Where should i put the Meta inf files?

If the zip has meta inf folder, you should flash it through CWMR.

There's no D4Rom for International SG Note.
What phone do you have? AT&T Galaxy Note I717?
If it is I717, nothing from this forum will ever work for you, sorry.
International and I717 are fundamentally different phones.
EDITED: Oh, I've just seen your signature...Nope, the stuff from here will never work on SGS2, either.

I have uploaded the files again with the fix for the cwm script which was saying installation aborted. Can you please try now.
I understand all the apps may not work on S2 but some may work or even all may work. These files I copied/accumulated from various forums over xda and they are working on Note and it may also work on any other device.

Hello Guys,
I tried installing the Xperia Z launcher on my Atrix 2 (Leaked JB 4.1.2 for Taiwan+HK version) and it worked like a charm. Used it for a day and was very happy with the way the launcher responded on the device. So i took a backup from CWM, as i was flashing the updated version of JB 4.1.2. However once i got on to the newer version of JB, I was never able to install this launcher again. While installing from recovery it works fine but after booting to the main screen i dont get anything now ..I have tried moving back to ICS 2 times and also on 1st update of JB but was never able to get this launcher :crying: .... In short i flashed my phone 5 times just to get this launcher but it doesn't work..Also did this continuously for 26 hours...Can anyone help by trying on their cell and let me know if it works or not..Because i cannot understand why it installed fine at the first go and since then was never able to install it.
Please if someone can help me getting this launcher into this beast, i would be really grateful..

It was originally built for TouchWiz, but it seems to be working with everything but blur. Someone on an aosp rom should test it to see if it's actually blur causing the problem.

But how come it got installed on JB 4.1.2 on the very first attempt. But dont know why it is not getting installed now.

Maybe the v1.0 version works with blur, and the v2.0 does not work.

Thank you so much..That was the issue.. Version 1 works fine with MOto Blur and V2 doesn't. All this while after my first successful attempt i was trying to install the V2:silly:
I am very happy with the launcher finally on my Beast and that too on CM10

Yup, it worked on my CM10 as well ..I have even flashed the Walkman Series after flashing the launcher and must say it is amazing

Make sure u install another launcher first..then use some kind of root browser and go to system/apps. Find the launcher and delete then reboot.

*** At present this mod requires a DEODEXED ROM to work. If you are running stock it will not function properly. BaDaB!ng505 is working on an ODEXED version.

Nope sadly it isn't working.

How did you flash yours? I see the new SamsungIME.apk in the system/app folder and all permissions are correct so it should work but doesn't. Can you check and see if it is working and autocorrecting wen used in S-Notes?

Yeah the keyboard shows up, just nothing happens when i click on it. Maybe there is something in your rom that makes it work? I'll try flashing your rom. Maybe you could build it in?

This is utterly bizarre. I even flashed your rom and still when I open the Samsung keyboard it appears but when I click the letters literally nothing happens until it crashes after about 10 seconds. This is after a full wipe and flash. I just flashed the stock rom with no adjustments.
So something in the way you flashed your copy - maybe a pimp adjustment you made - is the missing piece in this. Can you think of something you added in your flash that might be making it work for you? Its DOA for me.

If this doesn't work for you I suggest you Odin your device back to 4.0 Ics firmware not xxma3 4.1.2....cuz something is definitely wrong or missing with your device

By "romantic" I assuming that was a typo and you mean "rom"?
So what you are saying is just do full wipe then reflash your rom, then flash the zips? Did that and still have the problem. I am guessing there is some line of code missing somewhere in my base. Will ODIN back to ICS as you suggested and try again.

Ok, I officially give up.
I went back to an ICS base, scrubbed everything 5 times, flashed 4.1.2 and then your .zip files. Keyboard still will not respond and crashes. I have NO idea what is wrong and why this works for you and not for me but it will not work for me no matter what i try. Sucks.
The weird part is that the keyboard actually appears, it just won't accept touches.

try flashing original kp first ...reboot..then flash mod kp afterwards..for me all i had to do was flash the mod kp and everything worked
wierd it should work...type cant ,space to see if auto correct

No need for this anymore. the new firmwares have the setting of disabling all sounds in the settings of the camera.

this is my second creation / mod for removing the in app sounds of the camera. READ ON TO REMOVE ALL SOUNDS.
this is the stock camera app, without focus sound as i have muted those.... i have tested on my own (i have removed the shutter sound prior to this mod... so if that one is there, then change/delete the files as shown here:

Tested and working on ME2 deodexed... please tell me if it works on other firmwares

Not working on:
non deodexed roms - use at own risk.. tell me how it goes if you try...
installation guide:
open a file explorer and mount it as system writeable.
go to system/app and make a backup of SamsungCamera2.apk (just in case)
copy my SamsungCamera2.apk file to system/app

Yeap, I'm on Omega 3.0 right now. The first thing I do with every rom is to delete the camera sounds.

good enough.... tell me if there are any problems... i have been using it for one day now and it is bugfree here... i do not use the panorama and stuff... but there were more sounds present than only the focus and focus error... i have muted them all so should be perfect.

Got distracted trying to turn it into a vrtheme to make it compatible with 'all' version of camera (this way it replaces the resource files in apk and keeps that current version of camera installed). It's still just sitting in a couple of folders somewhere on my server....
(However, I think apk version means you should be able to push with adb without requiring root??)

Couple of options...flash your rom again (extreme!) or just replace the modded apk with original apk. Some roms include updated camera software (not sure if there has been an update, but you never know) so best to get apk from the same rom version you are currently running
Also, need to make sure rom is deodexed (you could try deleting the associated odex file and see if crash stops)

Maybe it could be possible... I have never used adb... But it should be possible yes

Which rom do you use?
I have only having it confirmed on ME2 deodexed.. That's why I need people to try so I know
Why was your backup unsuccessful?
Btw. If you get your backup or an apk working... You can send me that file and I can mod it for you and see if that works

I use Tasker to set the phone to vibrate or silent mode when the camera app is active. Works like a charm, and I don't have to mess with custom software. I wouldn't even have to be rooted, if I weren't already.

we all know that... it has been said before... this is just so you dont need to do anything afterwards
i got pissed by turning the volume off and on constantly... thats why i did this.. and i could have used a profile.. but i thought this was a permanent fix for use in other roms and such but thanks.

(this works in my head...) You use a vrtheme (flashable zip) that replaces the ogg files (resources) in the apk with silent ogg files (vrtheme usually replaces the image resources so that you can change the look of apps such as what you see HERE)

oh... i did it manually by decompiling.. well... i cant see why it would make it compatible with other roms..
an example.
i hate the clock and alarm app in samsung.. but love the sony one... i cant install it on my samsung... so i need to port it.. but the thing you said there.. would not do the trick... there must be something else, an identifier of the phone or something.

I doubt it. Tapping to turn on is a kernel feature, not anything to do with a launcher.
is it compatible with note 3 n900 octa?
And is it much better than touchwiz?

extremely Slow download on Zippyshare. im downloading at 20 kbps. anyone has a mirror?
This app is working on Note 2 Android 4.3. But can u mod this for 240dpi?
Please a Mirror urgent. i've been trying to download this since this morning. ZippyShare is downloading at 15-20 kbps. i tryed on my laptop from home and on my pc at my office. even from the Phone with LTE connectivity and none. when it gets to around 90% it stops and restart again.
I've never had problemas before with zippyshare. dont know why its such a pain in the A55 right now.
ETA 2 Hours 25 Minutes.

I've installed on my N900w8 Canadian Snapdragon Version
1 No, it doesnt replace the stock launcher
2 Just Uninstall it by removing the app
3 No, it wont use S Widgets
4 NO, it wont work.
Its a nice Launcher. after install launcher you must install the Lock Screen.
The icons are cuted by the Dock, and to fix the image relation seems like we have to change the app DPI to 400. Remember that the LG G2 have onscreen buttons.
ill try with the DPI change, and gonna post some pictures.
the other thing is that the weather widget says it needs to be updated and i cant find the way to doit.
