[Q] Looking for an animation app - talking characters - General Questions and Answers

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could recommend good animation apps, or apps that simply allow me to make
pictures "talk". I've used some apps that kind of achieve this (Chatterpix on iOS, iFunface on Android), but they've
fallen short in some aspects.
I'd like to have an app, that allows me to make pictures talk. For example, if I draw a picture with three characters,
I would simply want to add moving mouths to characters. So, a picture should have several talking characters, who could
talk with each other, interact, and I could choose in which order the recorded lines are spoken by the characters.
The next requirement would be, that I could add several images with other moving characters as frames, so I could combine several of these talking pictures into a story in a video format, prererrably exportable as a movie file for further editing.
I would love to know if anyone knows any apps (for Android, but I also have iOS devices) that allows people to "animate" images like this?
What I don't want, is an app that just lets people upload single images to social media, or add silly accessories on images to jazz them up. This seems to be the most common "talking picture"-app. I'm having hard time discovering any proper animation tools that would do the trick.

Could an app developer knock me up a simple app to do this please:D

I am dyslexic and currently doing a superreading course. One of the key parts of the course is training your brain to take in as many words as possible per glance. To do this, we have to do "eye hop" training, by reading text that has been fragmented into columns with only 2 words in each column. As you get better you start to add more and more words to each column.
There is a website here: http://www.superreading.com/hopify/ that converts normal text into this format. This has the obvious advantage of being able to combine the training with relevant reading (such as for my medical course)
I do most of my reading on my HTC Jetstream, and I was wondering if somebody could knock me up an app that I could highlight text and "share to" to reformat the text in this way. Ideally it would also retain rich text formatting, e.g. superscript so I can spot endnotes easier.
I have tried simply copy and pasting into the webpage on the browser, but as I said, it does not retain basic formatting, and I end up having to copy each section of a paper at a time so I dont miss the headings.
Thanks a lot

[Q] Autocomplete forms with picture?

I've been looking for an app or a way to complete a form using a picture of it. We have dry erase boards set up at work which employees fill out during production and at the end of the day we transfer the data to an excel file. I'm one of the, youngest, only tech gurus around work and I usually take a picture of each board then sit at my desk and complete the forms rather than stand at each one and hold the work laptop. Anyhow, we have a galaxy note 10.1 (wifi), iPad and several other devices. I prefer the Note! I'd like to create the board in an app then take a picture of said board which will then complete my form by transferring the numbers. I'm sure some of you may have seen the Words With Friends aspect of this...screen shot your current game board then the 'cheat' app loads it and gives you all the available words you can play. I want the same thing basically, if possible?
Any suggestions?
If I understand you correctly it sounds like you could take a picture of the board and use it as a background in SNote then just place your text in the proper places. Problem you can not (as yet) save the picture as a template so you need to add the pic for each new note.

[Q] Interactive Book features

Hello.
Im new here. Im no develper.
Im writing a book and I would like to release it in digital, to be read in tablets.
The point is that I want it to be a interactive book. So it will not only be text.
I have some ideas in mind that I would like to know if it is possible, here it goes:
1 - Animated GIFs among the text.
2 - Button lins in some words. For example, you click the name of a charcater written in the text and then a pop up shows up with his photo.
3 - Interactive images. Think about a landscape where you could click the elements to show up information about them. Like when you click a cow it shows info about the animal.
4 - Sounds to be played when you click a button among the text.
5 - Music that plays while you are reading and changes depending on the page you are.
It must be after all a book, same format as a book, but with these features.
Now, it is possible? How difficult it would be to make this? Would be necessary advanced knowledge in programming? Any suggestions?
There is already any app platform that allows me doind that? What devices could fit such a thing? Tablets in general? Do you think it would be a worthy project? Viable?
Sorry if I sound too lay but Im a writter not a programmer.
Regards.

[APP][5.0+] One Piece Wallpapers. Application for all fans of anime/manga "One Piece"

[APP][5.0+] One Piece Wallpapers. Application for all fans of anime/manga "One Piece"
I am huge One Piece fan. IRL I'm currently working as back-end Java developer. I decided to expand my skills and learn Android development. When I started, I already knew that my first application will be about One Piece, because I really wanted to somehow contribute to community of this amazing manga series. 2 days ago I finally published it. It is a "mobile wallpaper gallery" application. Functionality is same as in similar apps: scroll through thousands of wallpapers, find what you like, download/set as wallpaper/share with your friends/add to favorites. But that wasn't enough for me, so I created more advanced features.
1. Strongest part of this app - Categories. I spent a lot of time creating this system. This system makes it very easy to find wallpapers with specific character. Every character has its own category (currently not all characters are implemented). And inside that category there are only wallpapers that are related to chosen character. For example if you open "Monkey D. Luffy" category:
You will only see wallpapers with Luffy on them (solo or with other characters).
You can also also press "Solo" button inside category and then you will see wallpapers where Luffy is without any other characters.
In the future even more filtering features will be added. It will be possible to filter by more than 1 character. For example if you enter "Luffy+Sabo+Ace", you will see wallpapers with Luffy, Sabo and Ace on them (together, without any other characters).
2. Completely free. Has ads in it for small profit. No annoying 15-30 seconds long ads. You can manually watch them to support developer.
3. Fully One Piece related. No characters from other anime.
4. Currently there are already 1200+ wallpapers. All of them are stored on my server. This means that you don't need to update application to see new content.
5. All preview pictures (those that are not fullscreen) are compressed to 5-15% of original file size. It means that all preview pictures will load really fast and won't use much internet data.
To-do for near future:
More content. New wallpapers, new characters in category (Reiju/Caesar/Bepo are ready, but not yet in app).
More features. Advanced filtering, "Set as lock screen" feature, more navigation (sorting).
Design improvements?
Add some basic stuff that people can view without internet connection.
Support for VERY big/small screens.

Photo Creation with Stamps, be creative and authentic!

Hi All,
I want to take a moment to talk about the creation of photos with date-time stamps
Why Create?
These days, being in a technology-based world, where apps can simplify half of your trouble just by reminding so and so things. But, photos don’t have any reminder, we have to create it so that the exact date and time of any photo can be known at the same time when we look at it.
How to create?
Through apps, find out an app like Timesnap Camera using which, date-time stamping can be quick and easy. Using similar kinds of app helps but Timesnap camera helps with a number of different and creative stamping options along with a feature to add filters on photos.
Only these much?
No, no app serves just one thing to reach relevant people, Timesnap camera allows to add Date-time stamps on existing photos too with the facility to record video also.
Creating value for something is in your hands, so that’s it from my side
Have a nice day! EVERYONE
