suggestions on performance tweaks for XL? - Sony Xperia L

Hi guys I was wondering if anyone could help me to get the most out of my XL. In terms of performance and Battery Life?
I'm not bothering with custom roms, but I am with custom kernels.
I am currently running the latest firmware 15.3.A1.14 with thunderzap kernel 4.1-R2.

I've got only answer for you: the best choice it's you which can do it.
So try those roms and you will see the rom which is better for you. Everybody can says: "yes, this rom is better than the others, or not...this is better "
All users want ram and performance, and don't forget a rom which is smooth and stable

[Q] Best Kernel for rooted Note 2 AOSP Rom?

Hello everyone, i have an AT&T Galaxy note 2 rooted with android 4.3 and and custom AOSP Rom, i would like to know what kernel is best for OCing my note 2 to 1.8 ghz or above on an android 4.3 AOSP rom and is also compatible with note 2. Oh and undervolting is not really needed, but nice if it has it.
AOSP Rom+Android 4.3+AT&T Note 2
I'm wondering this too, I've tried looking for a good kernel but I'm not having luck. The ones I'm flashing are just causing problems on every AOSP ROM I've tried.

You should always stick with the STOCK KERNEL on an AOSP rom, hence always having problems on AOSP Rom

Rom with fast performance

Hey guys,
Question: I would like to install a custom rom on my Moto G, but only for the following reasons:
1. Blazing fast performance (better then stock!), lightweight rom
2. Good battery life like stock
I experience a bit of lagginess with faux kernel and kitkat 4.4 so maybe it is time to try a custom rom. I only hesitate to install a rom because most of the roms are still full of bugs. So basically, which rom offers great, fast performance for our Moto G and is bugfree? Or is it better to stay on stock and is it too early to install good custom roms?
And also: when I try to flash a rom (I only tried Kitkat+ and CM11) I get bootloop (recovery is CWM and kitkat 4.4, rooted)
Thanks in advance!

[Q] Best kernel for Ditto Note 3 rom for Note 2 Android 4.4.2

I have been facing a lot of issues with the battery performance of my phone and have decided to go for a custom kernel. I have encountered the following kernels in my search so far:
1) PERSEUS
2) AGNI
3) NADIA
4) DEVIL
Is there any better option..?
My priority is saving battery alongside performance with no lag.
Any experienced user ...pls help...i would be very grateful

Sluggish performance

Hi,
I'm using Moto G 3rd with latest stock ROM.
Unfortunately performance is sluggish.
Is any sense to flash custom ROM's ?
Anyone compared performance on stock vs custom ?
Thanks
It seems to me like stock still is the smoothest, at least on a 1GB device. Especially considering that there are way more background services running then on a custom ROM with minimal GApps.
