Nope, the hard reset is also a code but i cant get past the phone lock code so i cant do anything
I've read about updating the firmware wipes everything clean but the cant connect properly, it uses samsung new pc studio and it cant find my phone

I have a bit of a problem i bet you guys could help me with. My girlfriend set a pattern password lock and then forgot it, we tried and tried but ran out of attempts. It now wants her google login details but the problem is it wont let me connect to a network since it is locked so therefore i cannot get passed the login. It wont boot into recovery either so i can't just reset it please let me know if there is anything else i can do.

I can feel you brother even I'm stuck in the same situation during this lockdown.
I contacted Realme Care they said you have to take the device to service centre where in they will unlock it and will format it completely and will cost nearly Rs.150

Hi guys i brought used sony z5 last week i need some help with this phone now
First i cant factory reset this phone whenever i try to factory reset it ask for password and i dont know which password is it i dont have any passcode lock on this phone i also tried to enter recovery mode but i cant phone vib 3 times thn it starts normally and start reloading apps
And i was look for a guide to convert my model to global im confused can i flash my z5 to global my model is 501SO i think its japan softbank i also cant update my phone thats why im stuck at andriod 5.1 whenever i try to ota it says error
