Hey guys,
I have a bit of a problem i bet you guys could help me with. My girlfriend set a pattern password lock and then forgot it, we tried and tried but ran out of attempts. It now wants her google login details but the problem is it wont let me connect to a network since it is locked so therefore i cannot get passed the login. It wont boot into recovery either so i can't just reset it please let me know if there is anything else i can do.

Nope, the hard reset is also a code but i cant get past the phone lock code so i cant do anything
I've read about updating the firmware wipes everything clean but the cant connect properly, it uses samsung new pc studio and it cant find my phone

I have xperia m c1904 running on android 4.3 recently i found it suddenly asking some kind of password, i know this problem is know as ebola and cant be resolved but today trying to resolvd by myself by low battery trick i suddenly noticed my phone show not encrypted in security menu and have option to encrypt it, it still not connecting with pc and in affraid to restart it, so is there any thing i can do to resolve the problem

Exactly u got me I am new to XDA, but seriously I need help.
I want to relock my bootloader and my phone as it is, as it was working earlier.
I am performed steps as written in one of your thread.
But what happened was everything got erased and yet there was "bootloader unlocked" warning screen.
moreover motorola is not allowing me to login with my gmail account.
It tries to get connected with my wifi, but after a couple of minutes states that connection server error it might be temporary but if it is permanent then call customer care.
Please help me out

Okay so, My friend has a samsung galaxy s5 neo and he gave it to his daughter who is quite young. She set up her own gmail etc on it and he later had to factory reset the phone.
Upon starting it up, he obviously ran into the "please log in with the origional gmail account to verify identity." the only problem is his child cant remember the details at all.
So, he has handed his phone to me to fix as i have a bit of experience with this sort of stuff however I have a couple of problems.
First and foremost usb debugging and oem unlock allowed are not ticked whatsoever and because i cant access the phone i cant get them on. I'm pretty stumped on what to do now, i've tried several things
like flashing different stock roms on via odin etc...
i've tried getting different apks to open when i put in he usb, i have tried to disconnect my internet whenever the "just a sec" part comes up.
The only thing i can think of now would be to get a custom recovery on and flash a custom rom. But because i don't have the oem thing and debugging on odin wont flash twrp because i get the frp lock issue.
If anybody can offer me any advice on things you think i can do to help me please do, i appreciate it a lot.
