[Q] Can Google block a device? - General Questions and Answers

Hello,
If asked can Google block a device by its serial number to prevent it from ever being allowed to use Google services?
If so, does that mean Google can help users locate a device if it is connected to a WiFi? whether from existing user account or from a new Google account?
This doesn't only apply to a stolen devices but in case a seller decide to screw around with a buyer of a used devices.
Would appreciate some feedbacks.
Thank you.

[Completed] Managing Multiple Devices

Hi, I'm deploying 150 Android devices as handheld scanners for my staff here, I have logged each one in under the same Google Play account, but the first devices I deployed are asking to be re-verified with Google. Is there a way to increase the number of devices allowed under a single Google account? These devices are not linked to specific users, and do not have email addresses associated to them, so I cannot use a separate google account for each. Is there an upgrade to my account that is possible? Or is there a better way?
Thanks.

[Completed] Bypass Google Playstore Ban

Ok so recently i have been refunding purchases from a game that i am playing. After a while google decided to block all my purchases from a specific gmail account. The problem now , it seems that google has blocked my device as a whole instead of only blocking my account from making a purchase. How did i come up with that? Simple i logged in my brothers google account in my blocked device and I still cant make a purchase. While that account using his phone could make a purchase. And even with a fresh account on my blocked device still cant make any purchase.
I tried to submit documents to confirm my account but they were firm with the decision to close the payment function of my account.
I have tried changing my device id, imei, mac address, android id, s/n using exposed but none of this seems to work. Any one has an idea how to by pass this ban?

TB3-X70F Google Account locked

Hi, I have one of these tablets that came out of a kitchen showroom (legally - I work for that company) and was supplied pre-loaded etc. The company that supplied it have disbanded that department and I am unable to get access to the Google account that set it up (the company don't even know the account name). Is there any way to reload the OS to bypass the accont check? This is all legal and I have permission to do anything I want to the tablet. I'd hate to bin it just because it is locked to a specific account with no way to retrieve that account.
I managed to reset the tablet but as soon as it gets a network connection, it wants me to sign in which I am obviously unable to do.

Is there a solution to detect the correct Google account when multiple Google accounts are present?

This is a very old problem, and Google isn't fixing it for reasons best known to them.
I have multiple Google accounts in my device, each for a specific purpose. I buy apps using one account, while I use another account for backups, adding devices like earphones, speakers, etc.
The problems experienced are as follows:
1. Some of the apps where I have in-app purchases fail to verify the account. For some apps, uninstalling and reinstalling using the right account on Google Play Store resolves this problem, while for others, the solution is to remove the other accounts one by one, until the app successfully verifies the account used to make the in-app purchases.
2. I bought a new pair of earphones that support Fast Pair. When trying to set it up, it was not showing the account that I wanted to add the device to. The only way was to remove the accounts from the device one by one until the account I wanted to use showed up on the Fast Pair screen.
3. Purchases on Google Play Store: Same problem when Google Play Store shows the wrong account for making a purchase. Only way is to remove other accounts one by one until the one you want is selected.
Google isn't offering a way to simply change the account that the user wants to use for any of the above scenarios.
As far as I have seen, the account used during 1st setup (which is usually used for Backup and Restore) is given priority or used as a Default account. And Google doesn't offer a way to simply change the account when a particular scenario demands it.
Is there a solution to this problem.
Thanks.
If your phone's Android supports multi-user-accounts then create per each user a related account

That's far from a solution. And my phone doesn't have the multi user feature either.
Does it mean one can't use multiple Google accounts on a device and get things to work as desired?

I already saw this but it doesn't really help me. Do you know how I can remove this Google Brand thing? I've never set this up. I've already deleted all my YT data and on the Manage Brand Account screen it doesn't show anything.
