[Q] Huawei G730 re-locks SIM - General Questions and Answers

I have Huawei G730-U251 and I sim-unlocked it, the problem is that the phone relocks itself everytime I turn it off.
I previously had the G610, which I also unlocked and never asked again for the code, even after switching sim again.
I'm using the same sim I used with the G610 so I know my sim doesn't have a pin lock or any locks.
Is there any way I can prevent the phone from asking every time?
Thanks in advance.

Dude have you tried with nova launcher with shortcut to engineer mode in SIM ME UNLOCK option? there's an option "unlock permanently" by the way can you tell me some things ' bout the phone? How strong is music on the phone without earphones? How' s sound quality with earphones? Can u tell me how to unlock sim.? Thanks in advance dude hope you can helpme and hope you can permanently unlock it I like this phone but for me Cuality in music is escential

If you do a search of the forms - there is a guy unlocking the note 5 for free. He remotes in and does it within 5 minutes.

Just to make sure, did you guys insert a SIM card from another provider? Anyway, there is a free app in the Play store by Tmobile for unlocking, so maybe the app is needed?

There are some threads arround (I can;t rememvber where i saw them) about how to unlock the TMOBILE Note 5 - the problem is that with the UNLOCK AP that comes form TMOBILE - there is no way to unlock with a code unless you are able to get around the App completely.
I beleive it has soemthing to do with flashing the Metro PCS Firmware - exact same firmware as TMOBILE - but it doesn't have the uNLOCK APP that comes with TMOBILE ROMS by default. Once you have installed Metro PCS firmware thru odin - you can use the unlock code to unlock your phone.
I am not 100 percent positive that is correct but I am pretty sure - there is a thread on the S6 Forum wlhere this whole unlock thing started - and several have used that same process for unlocking their TMOBILE Note 5's. Otherwise, the only way to unlock is to contact TMobile Customer Support - But better if you can find a work around like the one I mentioned.
GOOD LUCK>

[Not Urgent but please help] H6-L04 - b810 - Lockscreen wont disable

So, I would like to disable my lockscreen but the Slide to Unlock screen always appears when i turn on the screen. I found a old thread saying to delete HwLockscreen apk but there is no such file.
is there any way I can disable my lockscreen?
To clarify, im rooted and unlocked and have the European model with the Indian b810 update to get to Marshmallow.
thank you
pudup said:
You can't. Not on marshmallow. The devs at Huawei are not smart people.
You could probably get it done with an xposed module that disables the lock screen.

Use dc-unlocker to unlock the bootloader. It will cost you around 3$ but is the way to go. There is a tutorial on the homepage how to do that.
EDIT: read here: https://www.dc-unlocker.com/how-to-read-huawei-bootloader-unlock-code

Where to download European firmware?

Hello,
My Mate 9 is running C636B110 (Asia firmware) and I have just received BL unlock code.
After BL unlock (wipe), I would like to go for TWRP, Root & xposed too if available.
Where can I download latest full European firmware and can it be flash by fastboot or other methods?

I did but UK Virgin broadband Superhub cannot change DNS setting.
So I am asking any offline method.
Use a router between you and your ISP

Nothing! Use the in App buttons to find IMEI & Serial no. Somehow the auto detect Serial is different than Sys info.
The code works as Bootloader show red Unlock message instead now.
