They will implement either Wi-charging or body heat charging like you have with emergency flash lights when they power up when you hold them in your hand, and a watch is actually on your body and is in direct light, win-win,

Yes. Yes it is. My camera i by far the biggest drain on the battery (obviously only when it is used).

You'd have to get a second battery just to get through the day.
Pretty [email protected] cool feature if you ask me.
Hopefully this will reduce the number of wrecks-while-texting, but then again I think to myself; "How many people will actually own this phone AND use this feature"

I think its meant to be used while driving so you can hold the phone up and still keep an eye on the road. Thats the only time that I'd ever use it. I dont text and drive often....but it sure would be helpful those times that I do it.
I'd be safer if I just called them though, LOL

Samsung clarified that it is for pedestrians. Could you imagine the **** storm if they were encouraging driving and texting in any way?

Alright...I have been waiting and waiting for a good android tablet...and right now...the Xoom is the best thing out... I know we have a few more options coming down the road...but it is just bugging the hell out of me that I don't have one yet. I just want to know from those that have a Xoom...was it worth it? Do you plan on selling it, returning it, or trading it in for another HC Tablet like the new Galaxy Tabs(sexy),G Slate...HTC whatever....or any others coming down the pipeline? Are the bugs too much to deal with....is the SD card slot not working...that irritating ...does no USB hosting make you want to throw it out the window...Do you get way too many FC's....are you really sick and tired of being shown Mobile Versions of web sites???? I guess my real question is....Are you happy?

The browser is nothing short of crap. And other browsers I've tried are even worse... usually in terms of a horrid UI.

The jury's still out. If I get to day 85 of my 90 day Costco return policy and nothing has changed, it's going back. If Motorola/Google can iron out all the bugs, and I see a steady stream of high quality tablet apps, then I'm keeping it.

It's totally impossible to watch a YouTube video while browsing. If you click on YouTube it takes me like 5+ random clicks on anything to hopefully open the YouTube app... and then I pray that it doesn't force close... and if it does open I have to pray it doesn't freeze midway.
I'm with MikeyMike01, but also include the cold ghosting. I posted a question if anyone else noticed it, but only received a single reply saying they didn't notice it. I find it hard to imagine only my unit has the issue though.
I've also had issues with it taking sometimes 20-30 seconds for the screen to turn on after hitting the unlock button on the back.
I initially really liked it, but am now considering getting an ipad2.
I'm contemplating whether the 15% restocking fee is worth it (I got mine at Amazon)

I am glad that costco gave me a 3 year warranty... however I'm sure I'll upgrade within the first year lol.
Anyways, I love this tablet, I'm very happy I got it, and like he said costco gives you 3 MONTHS to decide if you like it or not! That's ridiculous! They accept returns no questions asked . I've returned the xoom twice and I didn't get asked a single thing. (unlucky with dead pixels)
edit: and costco gives you a free gel case!
At first I was going to buy the galaxy tab 10.1 (original version), but when I did see wifi only Xoom in stock at B&H I couldn't resist and ordered it. I just couldn't wait any longer.
After 3 days with it, I can say I'm happy with it.
Yesterday I started having hangs on the stock browser, I could scroll and zoom, but I couldn't click on any links. Only restart helped. So I removed the apps I installed yesterday and it seems the problem went away. So it seems the browser problems are somehow related to some apps that cause problems.
I haven't had any other problems.

I don't have any major issue with it and I love it! Don't care much about the motor gel case though.

Real honest answers....I couldn't wait...well I could but I got really aggravated at the end of the day from general life BS...so I ran out and picked one up to make up for it....Plus youngotta see for yourself. Any ways right? I had a boat load of Best buy reward zone certificates so I picked one up there...I figure I will play with it for a week and return it if I dont like it... but I feel like if I have any issues it will be more with honeycomb than the Xoom...and hopefully Google and Motorola will address them in the future. So far I'm liking it....I'm on it now.....here's hoping for a good experience or decent experience
my biggest complain so far is the screen. It just so washed out compare to my ipad. Heck, my Gtablet screen actually looks better (at the right angle of course). I love honeycomb though. It's a bit confusing at first, but now I don't think I can enjoy using a tablet with a different OS.
I got mine at costco also, so I'm not too worried about new tablets coming out. right now I'm very interested with the transformer. especially with its IPS screen. I just hope that it's built well like the xoom.

I really haven't had time to get to it. I plugged it in once, and my device didn't recognize it, so I don't have much hope ini it actually working. I'll commit some time to it this weekend.
Follow up: NOPE. Doesn't work AT ALL! Oh well, it only costs me 3 bucks. No biggie.
Well, the final results are in! Evidently this thing is made exclusively for an iPhone. And after rigorous testing and attempts to get it working within an Android environment, the verdict is, do not waste your time or money! Even $3 of money gone is money loss on this item.
Anyone else notice the connection port on the watch located under where the lower band attaches to the watch?

Just checked on mine, T-Mobile 4g version. Got a waterproof cover over it but popped it off and there it was. Wonder if that could be used for charging.

at this point, there isnt much reason for you to take the cover off. Its mainly so that you can force firmware updates on it via Odin etc etc. I hope that those who are engineers or code writers can figure out a way to get Android Wear on this hardware. Im a huge fan of the watch too with regard to the hardware, but tizen is horrible in comparison to AW

If youre not wanting to launch nuclear missiles, then you should take the watch off, put it in a settl box with 2 inch thick walls, weld it shut, place it in a 30 ft hole in the middle of a wooded area and then forget where you buried it. Mine launches missiles like 7 times a day!! Kidding aside, the water resistant feature of the S3 Frontier is one of my favorite parts of the hardware itself. I came from a Gear 2 Neo which was rooted and running AW and i find it to be vastly superior to Tizen. Hell, something as simple as the translator app is just one of many small examples of stuff that just runs more smoothly on AW. Ijust wish that Sammy would get Tizen up there and do better, cooler stuff with it. I do love samsung pay with my watch tho. Its f$&king dope as s---!!!
Ordered my Watch 4 Classic BT in black at the end of August and it still has not shipped. Been delayed three times. Then I randomly get a watch 4 black band shipped to my door that I did not order and watch is still on backorder with no shipping date. Samsung no help either.
Anyone having this issue? Or am I just getting the run around?

Everything other than the black classic BT has been in stock. Silver, non classic, LTE have shown stock locally and Samsung website. At least that's what they tell me.

I bought the black Classic 46mm twice from our local Best Buy already (returned the first one, then bought it again when they went on sale - and at a considerable discount). And they still had plenty of stock.

Only reason I have not canceled is because I was able to use Samsung credits. Only paid $40 for the watch. Maybe that's why. They know I didn't pay anything for it. Lol

I complained for the 5th time. They said its still on backorder and no update and to be patient. I then got a little upset, asked for a manager, said I was going to blast them on the internet. Freaking watch shipped the next day. I guess getting irate sometimes works! Only took 42 days after order to ship. Now I cant wait to complain about its battery life!! HAHA
