Let me clarify guys...I have no issues moving smaller files such as .mp3 but when transferring larger files it won't work.

I had this problem but only when I didn't use original usb/charge chord? I have a S4 chord won't work moving ROM s over until I used original equipment? Idk

Are you dragging to the same spot on every deny? Have you tried dragging to external? Seems to be a permissions error on the internal storage. Upload cap maybe? I dunno.
Try external.

Also...go into recovery, wipe cache & dalvick & reboot.
Good Luck
Manage apps>wipe cache and data from Playstore and google services frameworks. Reboot. Never seen that problem but this is worth a try
Let's see screen shot of memory available, because remember the memory available is just estimate you can't really depend on it especially for rooted devices. My brother had similar issue with nexus 7 he ended up finding out he had to mount to computer and delete some files. Hope that helps.

5 gigabytes of Misc. Files?

So I've been wondering why I have so little space left, I checked the storage menu in settings and apparently my internal memory is filled up with 5 gigs of Misc. Files. How can I clear this up?

Download a good file browser (u r rooted right?) and have a look in the folders you mention. Perhaps a b/u before you start deleting.

But the thing is, I don't know what these files are or where they are located

Press it.... Will give you a list of what the space burglar is and the option to delete what ever you want
Mind you mine includes the sd card with the internal size.
Had never really poked around in there but noticed my total space is smaller then the miscellaneous spaced used haha.

Disappointing sdcard write speed via usb

My NS has a really slow writing speed via usb, about 1.5 MB/s no matter what rom it was flashed. But when I test with SD Tools, the speed is good. Is that a usb cable problem or something? Does anyone have same problem with me?
Sorry for my bad English

This is a known Nexus S issue.

Popup

So occasionally when I unlock my phone my browser, whichever one is default, will be open with a page that says my phone may be infected with a virus and recommended I download trend micro virus protection. I did this and ran a full scan. It found three threats so I deleted them. Now I still get this annoying popup in my browser. Anyone have any idea why this is happening? I am stock unrooted. I have used 4shared to download a few apps, but that's it. I will try and post a screenshot next time it happens.

Pop up ad from an app?

I figured out which app was causing it.

Do not ever run something like that on your phone or PC. That is the virus. It doesn't scan sh*t. It just loads a virus on your device
