Haven't been able to get TWRP 2.7.0.0 to flash, since I updated and rooted my phone, was wondering will I need to wait for a new TWRP like a 2.7.0.1 to become available to flash to my G900PVPU1AND2 ? I know it's a major NO-NO to ask for a time frame for a new TWRP, so I will be happy with knowing if there is a way of making whats we have now work with the update version of the stock rooted rom with stock recovery.
Well I haven't had any problems with it on nd2

Mine works too. AFAIK the rom should never interfere with the recovery. The only issue you might ever have with a rom recovery issue would be flashing a certain rom in recovery. Maybe you should Odin it that's how I installed mine

Is there a thread or something that list the difference in recoveries we have available? I'm rooted and unlocked if that helps with anything.
Oh and I did do a search but it was on my phone and the results weren't what I needed.

Cwm 6.0.1.x works with everything.
I use CWM 5.x.x.x being that it is the stable release and you can install it with ez recovery. TWP I haven't messed with because it doesn't work with everything, As the post above mentioned CWM 6. Its a leaked version so it could have issues but from what I've heard works well.
How is cwm6 leaked when it can be built from source?

TWRP works fine too btw...

Flash either via odin

I still have CWM v6.0.1.0 and was wondering about the CWM v6.0.1.2, Should I go ahead and install the newer version?
(I'm a diehard Motorola user that reluctantly switched to the SCH-I535 and am very glad I did switch so this is my first non-Motorola)
what TWRP recovery version are u guys using?
im using twrp 2.2 because people are saying its the most stable for our device but when i try restoring a rom it goes to bootloop.
TWRP 2.3.3.0 is the most stable for me by far. However still on 2.4.4.0 because not being on the latest and greatest makes me annoyed
2.3.3.3
Seems to work best for me.

I have tried a few different 4.4.x builds (kitkat) and all the flashes failed so i had to go back to a 4.3 build. Any idea what i am doing wrong? Never had a flash fail until i went to 4.4.x.
Thank you!

Update your recovery, old ones can't flash 4.4 roms.

Sorry man, but i am new to this stuff, bare with me. Recovery? Is that the program i use to flash ROMS and other things to my phone? I have the Team Win Recovery Project and i hate it. I read that i need to update this before i flash so i did and it still happened. I want to delete the Team Win Recovery Project and go back to Clockwork Mod (i think its called). Any idea how to do this?
Download flashify from play store and use it. It will let you download and flash either recovery. There's a variety of other apps and ways as well. In all honesty though, if you're using the latest version of twrp then you shouldn't have a problem flashing if you're trying the appropriate roms for your phone.

Can i delete TWRP with this app? I'd like to delete TWRP and go back to CWM. I have been using the appropriate roms from this forum.
They just flash over each other

I'm pretty sure I've seen builds of the latest CM11S that you can download and flash, but I'm not sure if they support custom recoveries. Also, I think in the Toolkit for the OnePlus One there is an option to flash CM11S. I do not know how it will affect your device if you do it that way, but maybe consider that as an option.
flash http://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-one/general/rom-xnph25r-cm11s-zip-t2820008 in twrp
dont forget to wipe.

Funny thing about this is I flashed it last night in TWRP and it would fail everytime I wiped first.
I saw someone else with the same issue and they dirty flashed it and it worked. I ended up trying to dirty flash it over (Not sure which ROM, I've tried them all) and it flashed fine. As soon as it booted I had some FC so I went back into TWRP and wiped and all has been fine.
I am curious to what everyone is actually using? Since if I remember correctly, the official TWRP is buggy.
I have been using Captain_Throwback's TWRP lately.
Was using official twrp but got replacement device, now waiting for the unveiling of Shunshine.apk 3.0 Blows being to totally stock, first time ever
I had no issues with twrp
