Bootloader is not unlocked... I tried using EMMA flash tool but it says my phone is locked.... and am not certain if it can be unlocked...
Try this!
If you have not unlocked your bootloader then try using Sony update service (SUS).Just google for it.If in case you still face problem then I suggest you to use flashtool by Bin4ry to flash ur stock firmware ,not the Emma tool by Sony. Btw you have not mentioned whether your phone is rooted or not.Anyway Here is the link to the flashtool.

Also refer to this post below for more instructions about flashing stock firmware through flashtool.

First law you won't install a stock firmware on a rooted devices. We know that sony patches latest kernel.
Second law see first law and so on.
Hope you'll figure how to reflash the custom rom it should work. Hope you still have it.
Good luck bro

Look Men_in_black007 is 100% correct all you need is a firmware file of latest version
http://www.carbontesla.com/2014/07/ftf-download-11-3-2-33-firmware-update-xperia-e-c1505c1504-generic-uk/
Make sure you have phone charged atleast 50 %
now remove the battery of your phone, reinsert it after 5 sec.
Connect the usb chord to pc now HOLD THE VOLUME UP BUTTON IN PHONE AND THEN CONNECT TO PC.
a green LED will turn up.
In flashtool it will show device connected in flashmode
click on thunder icon.
select flashmode
select were is your ftf file,
keep all option as it is then click flash / ok.
after 2 min. you will see a popup connect your device in flashmode and flashing process will start.
after the flash is complete now you have stock android 4.1.1 jellybean
hit the thanks button if i helped !!!
I have an Sony xperia e3 d2212 running stock recovery n ROM 4.4.2 also stock
I rooted my phone using kingoroot.apk n switched to SuperSU using supersume pro.apk
I have no PC access so I still have a locked boot loader
Today I found a link to an app named EZ unlock.apk which said it could unlock my boot loader I installed hit unlocks asked me if I wanted to unlock my boot loader I hit yes n a msg saying boot loader unlocked piped up in seconds
Den I took cwm for my phone from XDA n tried updating my recovery using mobile unclemtk tools n wen I selected the recovery.IMG it got switched off n hasn't turned on yet led notification is also not working
I tried connecting to a PC it don't recognize my device
My mistake was the cwm was for Sony xperi e3 d2212 running stock 4.4.4
I flashd it on my 4.4.2 that must have caused the bricking plZz help me it isn't even booting in fastboot
Since my phone got bricks I'm pretty sure that app must have unlocks my boot loader other wise it would have booted normally as I tried flashing the same cwm b4 using the same tool
PlZz help me
Thanks in advance
Hope ugot a clear picture of my problem
First, everyone who wants to help you would appreciate some appropriate use of the English language. You don't have to be fluent or anything, at least just write properly.
Secondly, I would recommend trying first the Sony PC Companion to restore everything, if it doesn't work, try using the flashtool with XperiFirm to download the appropriate software and flash it. Here is guide on using XperiFirm
pc isnt recognising

i tried that but it doesn't work it gives me an error when i connect the phone
and my bootloader is still locked
Can u still access the recovery?
I'm assuming yes then why don't you try a custom ROM.
Just search the XDA Forum. Your ll get official ROM as well.
perss volume up and power for a while
It will shut down your phone
Then, dont connect your phone to pc
use xperia companion and choose repair
Finally press volume down and connect to pc
I tried that and it didn't work but i fixed it
i can't access recovery or use xperia companion because it gives an error but i fixed it by downloading an ftf and flashing it with flashtool i then updated my phone to marshmallow with xperia companion, but thank you for replying
Hey there
i have some serious problem right here:
I somehow got stuck in a Sony bootloop after trying to flash a ZIP file with twrp. After that I tried desperately to wipe everything possible, so I somehow deleted the OS. However, Flashtool does still recognize the device and I can still enter twrp. Sadly, when I try to flash a stock rom via Flashtool the Z5 keeps restarting on is own thus interrupting the flashing. What is the problem? IM really desperate right now
Help pls
You need xperia companion software fix.
