555 Giveaway Winner Selection Thread -- Open for Voting! - General Topics

Cast your vote here for who you feel should win a free flagship smartphone as part of the 555 Giveaway.
As we talked about on the XDA Portal, we have become aware of various attempts at cheating the initial voting system. In order to make the contest as fair as possible, we have taken the top nine responses and reprinted them here, in descending order according to number of upvotes.
To vote, simply click the "Thanks" button on which entry you feel should win the contest. Voting will be open for 24 hours, starting at 8:30 PM Eastern US time on May 1.

Huge congratulations to XDA Forum Member @Bionic Beast for winning this contest by a very narrow margin of 2 votes. Expect a PM from me in the coming minutes.
Thank you to everyone who participated in this contest. You all had truly epic tales. Keep your eyes on the XDA Portal, as we'll be hosting another giveaway (this time for 25 goodies) this weekend---but this time, the winners will be chosen by XDA staff rather than community voting.

[Game][2.3+] Street Drift Simulator

Hey there from the Reksiv International team.
Street Drift Simulator has reached 250 in the top new free apps board.
We are a small startup studio in New Zealand with big plans for the future. Our first release, Street Drift Simulator is now available for download on high end tablets and android devices and we would love to hear your feedback.
The app is a free roam drifting game we built over the course of 6 months. After personally spending hours of time scrolling through numerous app stores and review sites with the hope of finding an open world drifting game with quality environments that would push android devices performance to their max, I soon came to the realisation that it currently didn't exist in the scale I had in mind. This led to the initial construction of what would become Street Drift Simulator. This game started development in a very 'not' so serious manner but quickly evolved as I found myself addicted to playing my own creation.
Currently there are 4 different cars available, all of which are based on real cars. (Toyota AE86, Nissan Silvia S13, Toyota Supra and a Nissan R34 GTR.) Each car has unique characteristics such as power level and turbo sounds. There are 6 interchangeable exhaust pipe options, 3 interchangeable spoiler options and 4 different sets of rims available. Aswell as this there are numerous paint jobs available. Only 1 environment named "Downtown" has been created but we have begun development on a second level named "The Docks". After a few comments about the difficulty of the first level for beginners, "The Docks" is being developed with a more open layout in terms of level design.
We will be continually updating this game with extra features regularly as we hope to slowly build a solid fanbase rather than a 15 seconds of fame type exposure. The driving I admit does take some getting use to and we are in the process of making it easier for beginners.
You have the options of an automatic or manual gearbox aswell as button steering or accelerometer/tilt steering. 2 views (close and far) are available but we are leaning towards the idea of an interior camera. 16 hour work days and sleepless nights have, and will continue to be put into this game and we would much appreciate your feedback and opinion of things that we could improve.
Note that you may require a reasonably powerful device or tablet. We will be releasing a mobile optimized version shortly.
We hope you enjoy it.

Note I am a new member to XDA Developers and have yet to post 10 threads. This blocks me from the ability to post links in their full form. For this reason the link above contains a space you are required to backspace after the https://
I do understand this is bending the rules but I would rather not post 10 separate threads that I don't have the intention of following as it may be frowned on by moderators and would most likely be considered spam.
Regards, the Reksiv International team.
Link doesn't work mate, keen to try it.

GAMEJAM ! :)

Hi, all
Currently I am living in Seoul. I study here as an exchange student, and I have recently attended a G-NEXT Game Jam about a week ago.
One of the games that stood out for me was the game M.O.G.I.
M.O.G.I. is a game that is probably inspired by the current heatwave in the city and the resulting mosquito's. (it’s like 32 degrees here everyday, lol).
You play a mosquito, who is trying to suck the blood out of the humans, without getting killed. If you successfully survive the night, you will start a new generation.
I managed to get 5 generations before I got a game over screen.
When your in Korea, definitely check out the indie scene here. It’s quite amazing and the people are friendly too!
Just had some Korean BBQ with a few of them. I even met someone from XDA, but I can't remember. Hope you got home safe
No download link, thread closed.
