Without spending Money in main balance How can we Talk? - General Questions and Answers

HI XDA-Members,
I am thinking the more flexible way to talk internationally without spending main balance. Yes whats whatsAPP is giving only through message transfer. But if we can talk directly through one application, then it would be a huge gain for the users and lose for telecom providers. I am not telling about video conference, also audio conference. I do not know whether such app is available or not. If the app is not available, then it would be a huge. I would try to work on that. Please XDA members give me suggestions on this.

I am telling that I want to make an app which will help users to talk with anyone without spending a single amount from main balance......
This is a purely web based app... but would be too useful.

Most of these are third party apps that look for the apps you want in the google market and I know at least one of these, GoMarket is in Chinese? These are not alternate markets WTF

Most indeed are just an alternative interface to the normal market. The others are mostly manufacturer or operator specific versions.

Wow... I don't see any problem with posting this, but for real... why the heck do you type like that? I'd rather not read another post of yours formatted in such a way. It's not clever, and it doesn't make you look smart.
I do have to say one thing though. Anyone can make a list of programs, to provide people with something useful however.. that is another task. You give no information about these programs, you give no reference to the authors of these programs, you give no information about where to legitimately acquire these programs.. I would also doubt that all of these vendors want you distributing their software without permissions, even if they are available for free.
If you want people to view your posting as helpful, you may want to reconsider your approach. Format your text in a helpful and organized method (it's not a headline, or a title to a book). Include helpful and concise information about the applications. Provide links (at the very least) to the webpages associated with the applications. etc.

I think daveid or whatever was mostly pointing out that the way you type is annoying and difficult to read, as in don't uppercase every word. Just say what you want to say.
On topic, thanks for this but I don't want to go downloading 16 apks and installing a bunch of things without knowing what they actually are... can anybody tell me what is worth my time that has tried these?

Hold on.....all sarcasm aside, im really curious.
you posted a lot of things here, and the way your OP makes it sound is that these apps (or "Market Alternatives" as you call them), offer apps that you cannot get on the android market. Is this correct? Or are these, in fact, just another place to get the same apps that are on the Android Market??
Let's ask this different; Have you tried some of the alternative markets? And did you stick to anyone of them?
I totally agree there are a lot of things that could be improved in the stock market, but I'm not going to try all the versions you've posted Can we cross some of the list?

An app like this has some legitimate uses and some more "shady" ones if you will.

Can somebody seriously assist me over skype?

I am stumped. I have tried for 3 days now without sleeping trying to get my phone running somewhat decent. If somebody could assist me over skype or text chat or something it would be greatly appreciated.

Nobody could possibly help you unless you gave a decent amount of information about your phone, what you've tried, what your issues are etc.
Yeah, just ask here.
If you try to get some random person on Skype, they might not even know anything about your operating system or phone model.
... are you just trying to get sexy video pictures of us ? I'm on to you.
Give a try to this modded version of skype: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1148708
But first check if your phone is compatible for this application.

Best apps to have when abroad?

I am about to take an abroad trip to central and eastern Europe and I would like to stay in contact with some family and friends here in the states.
I know that CM 10.1 has some issues with VOIP, hence the problem with Tango. but anyway, I would like some advice on what apps would be handy to have while abroad.
I know I can use Facebook to message people, but I don't want to use that. I hate the app honestly. Also, I am aware that I can use Skype to call, but I won't have the time to call people all the time, I would like an app where I can just text just like an SMS.
Additionally, I don't want to buy a SIM card while there because my professors have told us that AT&T does not allow that and I am on a strict budget while abroad.
Thanks for any help and advice y'all can give.

Best apps to have when a broad? I'm not sure they make transvestite-specific apps.
But in all seriousness, I believe there were some recent commits merged to fix VOIP functionality in CM. (I know for a fact Roger_N was posting builds with a VOIP fix in the Project Rookie thread)
I am from Makeevka Ukraine. I have been all around Europe. The best apps that work for me are Viber and Rebtel. I switch back to 4.1.2 when I travel. Viber is free calling and messaging over wifi. Rebtel is free as well over wifi. Whoever you are messaging or calling must have these apps as well. Hope this helps.

[Q] How to add Anti ban in modified whatsapp?

I'm still a NOOB. I want to MOD whatsapp. But I mostly fear about getting banned :/ can anyone tell me, how to add "ANTI BAN" in modded whatsapp?
If anyone has any tutorial based on modding whatsapp and adding PLUS features in whatsapp, that'll be greatly appreciated...
Thanks in advance
No modded WhatsApp out there is safe & can proudly say that their app is ban proof I guess getting permanently banned is the worst scenario for us all
So I'd advice you to lay low for now & enjoy the official WhatsApp hopefully those third-party developers can counterproof this ban saga

How about just quit trying to cheat the system. I'd be willing to bet that you probably both use tricks to steal games and in app purchases also.

If you have any sense of morality, you most definitely could, if you don't have any sense of morality, it isn't something I'd joke about like it's cool because it isn't, especially here at XDA.
