You need to push them to /system/apps.
I suggest you rename the existing ones as *.bak.

Can you also make them semi transparent?

might it need to be rework m not sure but there is something to do with framework moreover on which firmware u r or any body else got it to work on 4.0.4 firmware

the new gallery is similar to galaxy note 2.

[MOD] Simple Background Change [MOD]Taking Request also, Updated more cmng 30/07/13

Hello Friends ,
Here with a simple MOD which changes the background image from black to some wallpaper or different image
Taking request incase a one wants any particular image or a wallpaper Image should be of 1200x1920
I have just started with this, So for now i have few ready and will be adding as many as i can in coming days
Requirement for flashing
Samsung S4 / Samsung S3 ( Sammy Based roms only )
Rooted
Any Deodexed Rom
Recovery ( I have tested using Philz recovery )
Any other recovery u using please report will update here

{MOD} TW lockscreen lens effect Updated 2 design 15/08/13 {MOD}

Dear Friends,
Here with a mod which changes a lockscreen effects i have made all these images personally using PhotoShop or some imaging tool and will be adding as much as i can in the coming days
The same will be also made for Samsung S3 and will be uploading there ASAP
How to Install / Requirements
Rooted with custom Recovery
With any
Samsung S4 any Sammy based variant
All the effects looks far better then in the screen shot

I used to use this awesome application on my htc Flyer, then on my old N7000, just tried it now on My SM-N9005 4.4.2 ROOTED Device, and was surprised that it worked flawlessly without any problem !.

Flash didn´t work for me(Omega 6.0 with faux123 Kernel, twrp)
I´ve set permissions before copying files(mount rw with root explorer) and after copying mounted back to ro, don´t really know
if it´s important, only a hint in case someone having trouble:cyclops:

Have you set permissions for all the files correctly ?

Thanks...working on my n900 without any issue

I didn't try the way you described , because I always use the way I have posted if I want to change anything in system folders like bootanimation/sound, parts of a theme, keyboardsound ... etc and it always worked
