You need to push them to /system/apps.
I suggest you rename the existing ones as *.bak.

might it need to be rework m not sure but there is something to do with framework moreover on which firmware u r or any body else got it to work on 4.0.4 firmware
the new gallery is similar to galaxy note 2.

But what I dont understand why you have vrtheme folder and script in your zip ? it is not needed at all you just need to flash the zip to copy SamsungSans.apk ins system app. (I didn't flashed btw I just copied it manually in sytem app and it worked after reboot
