Is anyone else having trouble uploading video to Instagram?
I've transferred a video to my N7 running 4.4.2 - it opens in Instagram, I'm able to choose a filter but it gets in this infinite loop of trying to load possible cover frames? I haven't tried to upload a video in a few months but I've never had this problem on 4.4.2. Is anyone else experiencing this and does it have to do with the latest Instagram updates since the UI went flat?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thx

Hi, I have just bought one of these and for the money it's not so bad. However, i am having problems finding a Youtube apk the will load videos consistently! I have tried a few of apks and at best they will load youtube videos for a few minutes and then it seems they start to hang on loading most videos. Everything else works, there are no crashing problems it just seems like videos either load or they hang for ever? Any suggestions?
Cheers
I'm on ARHD 7.3 and with the latest facebook app version. When I try to play any uploaded video on the facebook app it plays for about 2-3 seconds and freezes for the rest of it while the audio is still going. I was wondering if anyone else is having this issue and what could solve this...
I don't think it was like that before. I think it started since facebook changed their layout again.
Same problem. any fix?
I have the same problem. Also appears on YouTube videos.
Any fixes at the moment?
Any suggestions?
Tried to revert YouTube & Facebook to stock versions, didn't work.
Hi,
I have had my Nexus 5 for a few months now. Rooted but running stock OS 4.4.4.
I have never been able to upload videos on IG. I keep getting the video failed to upload error. I went as far as using the instashot app which automatically converts videos to the format Instagram can handle. It didn't make any difference. This is my 1st Nexus phone and I love stock Android but I will still part ways with the brand because I'm heavy into social media and this problem is frustrating me to no end. All my other friends on Android and IOS have no such issues so I'm completely lost. I have been searching all over the Internet and nothing helped. I know how silly this seems but please, please help me. Someone, anyone....
For some odd reason I can't upload videos to instagram nor send videos through messenger. Upload bar goes half way and just stays there, sometimes it will say "upload failed"
I've tried 3 different roms and nothing. my friend can upload to instagram without any issues.
anybody? I really need to upload videos to instagram
Do you REALLY have to, are you running aosp ROMs?
Your instacram app may not be compatible with your roms, maybe it needs to be updated.
Pp.
sent from my microwave running lollipop 5.0.
Hey,
So I'm on a stock 5.1.1 and updated to the latest Google Photos version, which I think screws with my devices HW acceleration. Basically , after updating I can't watch any HD videos without the frames stuttering, the screen sometimes blacks out in middle of viewing videos as well. Searching around I found that more people experience this, but it isn't that widespread. The problem goes away if I revert the update. Any help for additional workarounds would be appreciated.
Thanks
I was able to find another solution to this. With the latest photos app running, I went in to developer options and switched from NuPlayer to AwesomePlayer making things working smoothly again when playing videos.
If anybody can check what player they're running after updating the app and tell me if they experience video playback stutter with it, I'd appreciate it.
Seems like Google switched between default players on the different OS updates, I'm wondering if they've done the same and it didn't register or something.
Thanks.
