i'm not a developer, but i appreciate a nicely written work that does what it's said to do. i'm currently studying python.
i got this game's apk and downloaded it's sd data, i played it to a point in the first level where it crashed with a notice "unfortunately splinter cell conviction has stopped working", for some reasons i deleted, and then installed it again with the same sd data, but as i launch it the resolution is higher than my phone's and as such i only see a portion of the whole game and still crashes like before, i got chain fire 3d but it couldn't install on my android rather it just crashed it and i had to flash it, whoever can help, software or tweak, the things i need help in doing are reducing the game's "new" resolution to fit the screen of my phone and reducing the texture quality of the game or anything else so it stops crashing with "unfortunately splinter cell conviction has stopped working".
it'd also be dope if someone could suggest a game editor that could be used to alter the game resolution and texture quality of a game like splinter cell conviction for android. anything that can help would be appreciated. i really wanna play this game. God bless!!

Hi guys,
I'm new in Android so bare with me, i use LG Optimus One P500, and just recently downloaded and installed Sandstorm Modern combat by gameloft.
I downloaded the game via droidX.
Installed the APK into my phone.. I was able to run the application, but it crashes in the middle of the initial movie playing. ( I have to skip the movie by tapping on the screen and hit next)
So, I can skip the movie, and start a new game or select level.
while mission briefing, i can hear the sound, but the screen is not responding, so it crashed again..
I think my phone can take this game on, I can run heavy apps like raging thunder and legends pocket.
anyone's Idea is welcome,
TIA!!
Here u go

Well basically put the Sensation along with the EVO 3D seem to be having a problem playing the game Dungeon Defenders : First wave. While I have researched there hasn't been a concrete reason for the random crashing that occurs. My guess would be the immense amount of ram it requires, and the loads of ram Sense takes to run.
Does anyone have any explanation why the game would suddenly crash?
I would LOVE to see more shooting games like Air Attack but more in the vein of GigaWing or Dodonpachi

Get my drift, on the Japanese Android Market they have a slew of these types of games, problem is is even though I can download them they will not play as they will say my phone is capable of downloading them but hen when I go to play it says incompatible, weird.
Hello to everyone...
English isn't my natural lenguaje, sorry if i fail writing my post.
Well, my problem is that plants vs zombies 2 is running very slow in this device and my question is, Why?
If you know the solution, please help me, can make me very happy
Good day mr.
Same problem here with tab 4 t230 and pvz 2
Same problem here on t235 when playing Clash of Clans...
same problem here on sm-t330n i have already disabled everything, nothing seems to help.
edit: i 've tried Greenefy and it seems to help a little.
edit: I've tried turn off almost every app one by one that i was able to, except google play services, and that help also a little.
Also i have found that after turning off every app i was able to, netflix frame skipping was reduced considerably, but not completely. so i went back to 1.8.1 again.
same problem too
My Pvz 2 running too slow on T331, fps is under 15 (i guess that), but my kids still love it. I dont know why but i've tried run many diffent games like asphalt 8, mc4, mc3, nfs most wanted, gangstar... so my t331 can handle them very well. Maybe the rom is not completly compatible with pvz2 or because of its version.
Hello,
I´m having the same problem with P vs Z 2and asphalt 8 in my SM-T230NU. but Clash of Clans and Boom Beach run revy fine.
I have a tablet SM-T230WI-Fi Plants vs Zombie2 launched with good FPS using the program Gltools. set Gltools (need root). Run the application, select Gltools Plants vs Zombie 2, put a checkmark to apply the settings for this application, reduce the resolution select: 0.5x, primenitm template Tegra 4, put a tick in disguise gpu.
Yes, I know this is an old thread. But, I have the same problem in a SM-T231.
There is any fix for this?
I have Moto G2 XT1068. As most of you guys must be aware that a majority of android games do not provide graphics settings. Instead, they auto detect the device configuration and set the graphics accordingly. For example, games like angry birds transformers, need for speed: no limits, assassin's creed pirates, modern combat 5-- all these games don't have any option for setting the graphics level in the game. They auto detect the device as low end and run on terrible graphics. Main thing is that the game renders on lower screen resolution instead of 720p. What I want is that they run at the native resolution of the screen.
I tried using device faker for faking device model and all, didn't work. I used GL Tools, faked CPU/GPU/RAM, didn't work. Is it possible to achieve what I am trying to, in any possible way? Can GL Tools really help? (I don't really understand the options it provides)-- is there any configuration that can force the games to detect the device as high end and run at good graphics?
I am having the same problem overclocking cpu/gpu didnt work.

You could try making build.prop edits to change the device model.
This would make apps believe you have a different phone than you actually have (basically it would be the same trick as people used to get Google Assistant on any device).
