Yes its working fine :good:, maybe you would like to pull out your system folders from your phone manually and put it inside the deodexer folder.

Yes, you can find CM7 on an Indonesian forum
Here's the link: http://www.kaskus.us/showthread.php?t=8021985, I don't remember the exact page where the CM7 download is given, so you need to search a bit on that page, use google translate
Thanks to txpxsx for sharing the link here
The issues I found in that ROM was that the bluetooth didn't work. I'm trying to build a CM7 port myself hoping to fix the bluetooth and some other issues.
PS: If you liked my work please press the thanks button
Dear Sir
Thank you for your support.I got 3 working roms from above.
But now my original mi-310 rom backup is not working.Do you have any idea from where i can get original rom ?

Did you wipe your data and cache partition and did a factory reset before restoring the backup? Also try wiping the dalvik cache. What error are you getting when restoring backup?
I'll try to upload my tweaked stock ROM, but it will be a pain uploading it on my slow connection :/
Dear Sir
U R Gr8. It worked for me.wiped cache/dalvik cache,my orignal rom is back.
Thank you.
If u complete your work on CM7 port please post.I am waiting for it.
I'm glad I could help
The problem with CM7 port is that there are alot of bugs that need to be fixed, I might as well work on a customized stock rom than CM7 as the stock rom is alot better and is without bugs

You can root your phone through z4root, download it here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=833953
Then follow my steps in the first post to install the recovery image I've made (install the stable version).
There are a few rom's available here, including a port of CM7, it's an indonesian forum, so use google translate.
Thanks for Replying

first you need to install recovery via usb debugging or in fastboot mode
as you didnt know beyond fastboot methob is easy
just download the tool from mediafire.com/?6y4ijz36yn4fxfx
and extract it
then place the recovery.img in extracted folder
then connect your phone in fastboot mode (trackpad+camera+power) and click on fastboot.bat
then copy any update zip file to sd card and install in recovery mode (trackpad+volumeup+power)
till now fully working cm7 is not made due to lack of availability of its kernel source
and now when it is released developers are not developing it

Cause it works on my own

Maybe CWM 5 still got bugs
But, u have a backup file of your CWM?
hello recorvery v4.0.1.5 MD5 missmatch error
Is this working for anyone ? now even kaptan3888 is getting the same error as me.
Delanoister i will try the CWM which you have posted and reply back here.
---------- Post added at 09:01 AM ---------- Previous post was at 08:45 AM ----------
I just tried reinstalling CWM via Odin and i get this error: MD5 Checksum Fail
---------- Post added at 09:39 AM ---------- Previous post was at 09:01 AM ----------
just downgraded to CWM 4.0.1.5 and i am still getting MD5 mismatch when i try to restore the folder.
Btw i have been downloading CWM from here: http://particle.blurringexistence.net/samsung-gt-s5660/clockworkmod-recovery
The CWM which you have linked to was giving me MD5 checksum fail when i tried to install it via Odin.
I'm now thinking that the CWM's which Hyriad has uploaded are modified to work with his Roms, hence the MD5 mismatch or checksum errors i have been getting whenever i try to install a different Rom. How do i solve this problem ?

Remeber!!! All Rom will not work on your device
First of all you need to choose a porting rom of phone with similar spec's as your phone have i.e Processor,Ram,internal Storage, size,Camera and same android version otherwise it will not boot up
Then make two folders one named base and second named port
Put any working Rom files for your phone to folder named base
Then put the downloaded working Rom you want to port to the folder named port
Copy these files from stock to port:
System/etc/firmware (whole folder).
System/lib/modules (whole folder).
System/usr/keylayout/generic.kl
Meta inf/.../update script
Meta inf/.../ update binary
Boot.img
Repack it in Zip folder not Rar..Put it into the root of your SD go into recovery wipe data wipe cache and flash your created Rom and you are done Happy Porting Please give feedback if got success and need anyhelp.. Dont Forget to click the thanx button. This is all i need in Return

Question: I have a stock rom of my Samsung Express i437. I have located everything you mention in the System folder but there is nothing named Meta Inf/ in my ROM and no file named "update script" or "update binary". So can you give me some guidance here on what I am supposed to do. All the other folders and files have been located. Where do I find Meta inf/.../update script and Meta inf/.../ update binary?

Now this Status 0 error is due to update binary file located in meta-inf folder.
To fix this just took out update binary file from any rom which works on ur phone nd then copy it nd paste it in ur port rom's meta-inf folder.
Problem done now u will not get any status 0 ,6,7 error.!!

WIP Experimental DIY [Deodexed-Xposed Galaxy S5 Neo dirty-version

Xposed has been achieved with some long testing back and forth for Galaxy S5 Neo. Without the need of custom build recovery :victory:
Code:
method public Disclaimer();
You're allowed to take my work and create your own rom, or do anything with it.
I (Laststandingdroid) provide these files as/is by no EULA or anything else.
I share this with the community and you [I][B]don't[/B][/I] need to ask for permission.
Your cat, dog, horse or even your baby is allowed to take these files and put it in your phone without questioning me.
All i do ask is that you put correct credits. however if you don't want to it isn't a must i won't die, nor get a heart attack. I know how the internet works. people will always copy and being willing to take credits for others work ;)
.end method
Note this recovery is experimental, it was used for my personal testing but it is now released here.
Requirements:
Rooted Device (or not mandatory i guess)
Busybox
PC with odin
Custom Modified Stock Recovery with insecure adb
stock recovery here: (Odin tar) https://mega.nz/#!DgomiZAQ!1m7aU5ojoU7PCw4L7E8hmk7mCFo2z0f_sYafJHzN7XE (NEE)
Modified recovery (Odin tar)

Flash with Odin
Stock deodex-xposed Download:
https://mega.nz/#!r8BzXQKD!YCJsATrxuXRg7-tiHFtJWRKc6Mt3fTQAYElzPR01uSo
DIY (Do It yourself) Method
1/ First you need to go to sammobile to download last available generic firmware OR download the one related to your carrier.
2/ You need to decompress twice (first is the zip from sam, 2nd the tar.md5 file) with Universal Extractor.
3/ you will see many file (boot, recovery....and system the one which is necessary).
4/ now we need to decompress system.img but you can't currently. We need to convert this file to ext4 format. So time to download some necessary extra files. (https://1fichier.com/?bz9rmuuap4)
5/ Decompress this zip file in c:\deodex and put inside the system.img
6/ run 1MODEXT4.bat. This will create a temp.ext4 file in this folder.
7/ Now you can open the temp.ext4 file with ext2explore.exe which is in the folder.
8/ Create a folder on your PC named "system". Go on ext2explore, select "app", framework", "priv-app" folder and right click and make "save". Choose the folder system, you created.
9/ Now you have all the odexed files we need to deodex
10/ Run "SVADeodexerForArt.exe" and precise the system folder you created. Tick all boxes. Wait until it deodex. See if there is no errors in window
11/ Watch inside the "deodex" folder. you will see app, priv-app & framework folder. Here are the deodexed files.
Optional step:
12/ If you want before pushing the files you can debloat the rom. Or include xposed files too as LastStandingDroid
Pre Built Files
1.Download the zip and extract it on your pc.
2. Flash modified recovery trough Odin
Reboot to system
adb shell
mount - remount,rw /system
rm -rf /data/dalvik-cache
4. Reboot into recovery (don't be fooled by the stock recovery, it is modified to get system mounted as r/w trough adb
5. Plug your phone to PC, and wait for adb to initialize (this can take up to 20 seconds)
6. Type: adb remount
7. type: skip this for now now to 8.
8. Type adb push *drag and drop the extracted system folder to cmd/terminal window. /system/
In the terminal you should now have adb push /path/to/system /system/
8. Wait until all files has been pushed
9. Reboot the device, it will take time to boot since it will rebuild dalvik-cache
Optional is to recover stock recovery
Thanks @wanam for his modified xposed version which makes it compatible with Samsung variants for 5 1+ @Chainfire for his insecure adbd which is used to mount the system as read/write in recovery. Without this this wouldn't be possible
Special thanks @WILMANS2M for testing and reporting back. @bolme123 for testing and reporting back. @Dennziil testing and reporting @kaodd for being funny and being happy that we work on this

Bugs: your original /sdcard path might be replaced this will not remove your files it will rather just kill the path.
You can access the internal sd files using /storage/emulated/0/
Settings might force close sometimes, this only seems to happen if you go to app info from recent. Not sure what gives
At least it might takes longer to load

Root shouldn't be needed as recovery can remount as r/w but it's recommended since some apps requires root

Just 3 questions :
1/ Do we need to keep folders of apk. Can we put only apk in folder app or priv-app like xposed apk ?
2/ What do you add to the deodexed rom apart xposed file ?
3/ About xposed file :
in app : XposedInstaller.apk
in lib : all files
in framework : XposedBridge.jar
That's all we need ?
I really thank you.

[HOWTO] [ROOT] [RECOVERY] Guide for rooting Vivo V3 Max

[size=+2]Vivo V3 Max ROOT and TWRP Custom Recovery[/size]
I have created a custom recovery that allows you to flash SuperSU to your Vivo V3 Max. This is currently EXPERIMENTAL as I have not had success on all software versions - currently 2.6.39 seems to work well, 2.7.11 sometimes works, etc.
Important - read before flashing
I am not responsible for anything that goes wrong.
Flashing Instructions
1. Install custom recovery by seeing my other thread here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/and...recovery-vivo-v3-max-custom-recovery-t3499181
2. Download SuperSU v2.78 SR3 from Chainfire here: https://download.chainfire.eu/1012/SuperSU/SR3-SuperSU-v2.78-SR3-20161103171345.zip
3. Copy the SuperSU zip file to your phones memory card (DO NOT EXTRACT THE ZIP FILE, COPY IT EXACTLY AS IT IS)
4. Turn off your phone complete.y
5. Boot into TWRP recovery by holding VOLUME DOWN and POWER on your phone until you see the FASTBOOT screen appear.
6. Use the volume buttons to select RECOVERY, then press POWER button to confirm.
7. In TWRP recovery, select "Install".
8. Select the ZIP file that you upload to your memory card
9. Swipe to confirm install.
Now reboot your device. If everything went well you will now have root! Open SuperSU to update the su binary if requested and follow the on-screen instructions.

I can, but since I don't own one I'd need a tester for the custom recovery. Want to volunteer?
If you prepare then there will lot more testers to test it

Have you tried the root process in vivo v3max

I have not tested 2.6.31. Please download a terminal emulator from the Play Store and run this command:
Code:
dd if=/dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/boot of=/sdcard/boot.img
...then upload boot.img from your phone to the forums so I can check

I have modified your boot.img to allow the device to make insecure changes - which should fix the issue for 2.6.31.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0TtHsl8vcaLZ0FoNER3RlZuUGs/view
You can flash like so:
Code:
fastboot flash boot boot-allowinsecure-2.6.31.img
If your phone does not boot afterwards then simply flash your original boot.img file back using the same method (but I'm 100% sure that it will boot OK). Let me know if this fixes it for you.
I currently don't have original recovery for 2.6.31, but I believe it is the same as the 2.7.11 version which I have linked to previously.

VIVO V3 STANDARD (non-max) custom recovery file now here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/and...imental-vivo-v3-max-custom-recovery-t3499983/
Untested, but I believe it'll work fine. If you flash this using the instructions then you should be able to root the Vivo V3 using the same instructions as the V3 Max. Good luck
Vivo v3 Max software version 2.6.31

OK I will see what I can do. If you connect your phone to computer and then open an adb shell like this...
Code:
adb shell
...do you get a dollar sign or a hash sign?
Are you able to type su in the shell and it give you a root prompt?
Also please download a root checker app from the Play Store and post screenshot of the results as this will help in finding the problem
