Hello, I was trying to flash gpe rom to my MOTO G, it didnt work so I flashed sysem version 14.85.2.fakcin_umtsds.asiaretail.en.03, WIFI works, but non of the sims work.
I was trying to "radio on" in *#*#4363#*#* but nothing.
I worked with this article http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2542219
can someone please give me a modem to flash? or just help me somehow?

there is just one rom that worked properly and showed the two sims. but, the modem as I already said didnt work so I took a NON-HLOS.bin from another rom and flashed it
HTML:
fastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin
fasboot erase modemst1
fastboot erase modemst2
fastboot reboot

Hello, I have a XT1032 from Tesco Mobile.
I unlocked the bootloader and flashed the GPE Firmware GPE_XT1032_KOT49H.M004_CFC.xml
I used mototool at first and tried manually using fastboot.
Everything works except I keep getting some random error about my SIM card been removed and added (attached).
I tried to flash the fsg.mbn from stock but it makes no difference.
I did get some errors on fastboot but everything complete with the OKAY message.
any suggestion please?
thanks in advance
I realise its happened since you flashed so probably software related. But is it worth actually physically removing the sim and reinserting just to rule out a genuine dodgy/dirty sim connection.
Also I'm thinking of flashing GPE over my UK retail phone. Did you flash all files inc modem and gpt.bin etc. I am wondering if its worth me just flashing system and boot partitions and nothing else. No harm in me trying that I guess.

Yes, I actually went to my carrier and got a replacement card but since it didnt work I went back to Stock and it works fine so it must be GPE related.
This is what I used ( I am on Mac osx):
./fastboot flash partition gpt.bin
./fastboot flash motoboot motoboot.img
./fastboot flash logo logo.bin
./fastboot flash boot boot.img
./fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
./fastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk1
./fastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk2
./fastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk3
./fastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin
./fastboot erase modemst1
./fastboot erase modemst2
./fastboot flash fsg fsg.mbn
./fastboot erase cache
./fastboot erase userdata
./fastboot reboot
I got some warnings but all commands gave "okay"
I wonder if its worth you keeping non-gpe for modem partition and fsg and just try flashing gpe system and boot partitions. Maybe as gpe is for USA really its causing some issues to use gpe modem bits and pieces.

Just tried that. Flashed back stock and confirmed everything was working fine. I then reflashed GPE without modem and fsg keeping the stock ones but got the same. Not sure the problem is on the radio at this point.
Sent from my XT1032 using Tapatalk
If anybody has the same problem, I was able to fix it by flashing the latest Radio 355.66.00R from the latest stock update.
I yesterday flashed GPE on my XT1032 (Germany Retail).
But i flashed it using the *.bat /eu file.
No SIM Card error.
Flashed gpe on french moto g, there is no errors.
only radio apps is missing.
It is not missing. It is simply not a feature of GPE.
Hey,
i had found a solution for this in the moto 4g forum:

fastboot flash fsg fsg.mbn
fastboot reboot
I am going to try a full wipe and install
EDIT: After doing full wipe and fresh install, my radios were still gone.
Had to run the above fastboot commands after fresh install..... Would be nice if we didn't need to do this each time on a new version.

Hi I wanted to install CM on a friends phone. He wanted to buy a Moto G 2013 (falcon) but he did accidentally buy a Moto G LTE (peregrine). I just noticed that because I tried to flash recovery for falcon and it did not work at all. Then I opened the phone and discovered the sim card slot
Now I upgraded Bootloader to 411A and installed TWRP v2.7.1.0 and tried to flash CM 13. CM boots up, but it doesn't recognize sim or wifi Wifi-Mac is shown as 02:00:00:00:00:00 and baseband version is unknown. and model is shown as xt1039. Any suggestions? Tried all available CM nightly build (older ones are 404 for peregrine) and also the crdriod rom. Same problem with every rom. Full wipe of data and factory reset done
You have not updated the radio firmware. This is done via fastboot: (files are available here)
mfastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin
mfastboot erase modemst1
mfastboot erase modemst2
mfastboot flash fsg fsg.mbn
Thanks

Hi, even I've Moto E 1st Gen with CM 13 installed in it and having exactly the same issue with WiFi not working and MAC address showing as 02:00:00:00:00:00. Even I am not able to make or receive calls in my Moto E. I'd be really thankful if you mention the steps that you did to solve the problem.

There are for Lollipop but works fine on CM13 (nightly CONDOR 7/20/2016).
To flash radio as described here:

fastboot erase modemst1

Sir problem solved i flashed with stock firmware name " osprey_retasia-stable_7.1.1_NPD26.35_3.zip" via twrp and its worked phone is now working fine
After installing LOS 17.1 I had no cell network (wifi worked).
I found a tip here that recommended to use
fastboot erase modemst1
fastboot erase modemst2
But that made things worse. I not only have no network, now the IMEI is gone, phone number not detected.
I tried now to flash modem from stock rom:
fastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin
but this didnt help either....
