Guys i tried cm 10 and after using it for while i flashed jellybean firmware boot after the boot its still ics !!help i tired so many times !!

Are you sure the file is jellybean..Maybe you should download the ftf file once again ...

Yes, but only device that come with recovery installed. For example, like samsung galaxy series.
