[FIX]Themes not changing on MIUI

If you are trying to change themes on any of the miui roms, and they aren't changing, try this:
Open root explorer, go to /data/system, in this folder create a new folder called "theme". After you have created the folder you should be able to change themes under settings.

How to pull wallpapers from a rom

I was wondering how do I pull the wallpapers out of a rom?

Wallpapers will have to be extracted from the apks where they reside. Look in any inside /system/app that have wallpaper in the name, and sometimes in the launcher. You can use 7zip to extract the apks (or apktool to decompile them). Inside the apk, most useful images are in /res/drawable-hdpi.

What is a folder called "INDI" in my phone for?

Hi,
I found a folder called "INDI" in my note 2 phone. May I know what is it for? I can't see to find any apps that related to it.
Thanks

Where are apps downloaded

i downloaded Grunge Icons from the app store, but want to use them on Carbon Rom's ribbons.
MY questions is this: When i downloaded them, where were they stored? have a good file manager, but search on phone sucks!
thanks,
Are you rooted? If yes then you can find the apk at syatem root data/app folder.

Well, you need the apk so you can decompile to access those images.

How can the image cache be managed??

Every time I go into gallery I have to delete a ton of folders of cached images..
How can I stop these from saving? Or is there anything that can be done about this??

Cached where?

Well I've deleted all the folders, there were a lot.. Guess I need to wait for some more to show up and see where they're stored..

Put a .nomedia blank file in those folders.

Use ES file explorer or whatever you like and simply create an empty text file called .nomedia
Copy it to all of the folders you don't want to see in the gallery and reboot.
Those folders will not be scanned and will not show up in gallery.

This method does work, as now all my folders are absent from the gallery. ..
I created the file from the internal memory folder and once the file was created, it disappeared.. Or I can't find it at least..
Where is the actual file? I need to delete it and create it in each of the folders I actually want to hide..
Edit: I found the file by showing hidden files and deleted it..
