[Q] How Do I Recover Toshiba AT300 Tablet? - General Questions and Answers

I'm totally new to this but maybe someone can help. My wife's Toshiba AT300 (AT305-T16) tablet will not boot past the splash screen. I've wiped the cash and did a factory reset. Both seemed to be successful but I'm still stuck on the splash screen. I've tried to recover from external storage with some images I found posted but I get an error during recovery and it's aborted. Any thoughts?
Oh and Toshiba has absolutely no support. The support section on their website for this device is blank. Called the help line and they just gave me the number of an authorized service center in my area. Big help Toshiba.
My thought is if I reflash or update the OS that might solve my problem...Thanks in advance for the help!!!

Anybody?

[Q] Phone Not BOoting

I have a samsung galaxy pop GT-S5570. I installed clockworkmod rom manager. I did the flash rom manager thingy and when there was a board to select roms, I selected "Dell streak". Phone rebooted..and did not reboot.....Its not booting, nor is it showing the recharge thingy..
From what I can understnad, the original bootloader must have been replaced by the dell streak and therefore its not working.
Any way I could reset this thing?
Im having the same problem!! Help me for the solution

Problem with Samsung Galaxy i7500

Well i need your help etc. a help of the proffesional's ...i bought this phone, and something with it is wrong, when i turn the phone on , i got stucked at boot screen and it's endless waiting. can somebody help me and tell me what to do ...?
love you all people...
Sorry to necropost, but I've searched the forum and couldn't really find an appropriate thread/ sub-topic except for this.
I have a Galaxy I7500 phone with the GAOSP beta 3(2.2). Each time I tried to boot, the GAOSP loading screen would bootloop. I've tried the following methods:
1) Downloaded the Samsung drivers
2) Re-flashed through the installation of GAOSP, but the process would be stuck at the cmd; fastboot is not recognized as an internal/ external command despite I've installed the Android 1.0
I reformatted the SD card because I wanted to wipe out the data. Little did I realize that the crucial system files were wiped out too. Only the mini-recovery and the download mode are available. But I'm not able to mount the storage since the phone wouldn't load at all.
Suggestions are appreciated.
EDIT: Tried the 'push' the rectools.tar.gz via cmd but the command wasn't recognized.
Bump. No one experiencing the same issue?

[Q] Bricked Kross GY-601 Chinese Tablet

Hi, I have a Kross GY-601 Tablet... One of the cheap chinese tablet you can pickup at factorydirect (Canada)
I seem to have bricked it when attempting to port Clockwork Mod Recovery to it. It does not show anything on screen or do anything, When I connect it to my computer.. It shows up as M6-CHIP in Device Manager as shown in my image.
The internal storage is completly gone as a result of my failed attempt to un-brick it..
It would be a great help if someone helped me fix this..
Thanks in advance..
-Henrique
PS: I'm only 13 sorry if my description of the problem is a bit bad..
Sooo,
You probably don't have proper drivers, use PDANet ones, they work even with obscure tablets.
You tried to port CWM or flash?
It's not bricked since your computer detects it
Last thing, do you have a backup recovery image or another recovery image that works so you can get it back up?
Daniel
I was dumb enough not to do any recovery image backups..
Also.. I ported cwm then flashed it with dd just poped the .img into the recovery block.. but since I didn't compile it properly when I adb reboot recovery.. It got into a boot loop.. so I tried to fix it but broke it even more... So then I tried re-writing the firmware for generic 4.1.2 chinese tablet.. but that messed it up to the point were it only shows as M6-CHIP.. i can only turn on and off.. nothing else.. no boot no screen light up nothing..
I can help you BUT....

[Q] hisense sero pro stuck on SMART screen

I'm hoping SOMEONE here can help me, it seems that my Hisense Sero Pro is stuck on the SMART boot screen.
I've tried both wiping the tables cashe and even return to factory settings from the Recovery screen, but no luck.
Not a total newbie here, used to have a Nook Color that I rooted and installed various new system to, but the Hisense is untouched so far.
Can anyone help? while I would prefer to return to factory settings, I would settle on using the Clockwork version of something like it.
Thanks in advance!
same problem
Did you ever manage to re activate your Hisense sero 8 pro- I now have the same problem and the couple of cellphone tech shops I have taken it to say they are unable to find the software to download. Not having volume buttons one cant do a factory reset. (I have an old nexus which I have corrected this way)
Appreciate any help or advice

[Q] Storex Ezee Tab 74D14-S Tablet

Hey guys I'm new here and I found myself with a situation. Sorry if this isn't the right area to post this.
So my friend has this tablet: Storex Ezee Tab 74D14-S. And it got bricked, stuck on logo screen. He doesn't have warranty. Tried hard reset, power volume +/-, got into recovery mode and wiped cache, factory reset all that stuff. Yet it's still stuck on logo screen. So I went searching for firmware to install the OS. I found this link but I can't post it due to not having permission yet, you can find it by searching "Storex Ezee Tab 74D14-S firmware" first link, first PDF and it has 2 links. So I downloaded the firmware and the program to try it out. However to use this program, called phoenix I need to have USB Debugged on, and I can't do that obviously. Went searching for custom ROM's but I didn't find anything for this tablet. Also I'm no expert on rom's and I don't wanna screw this even more.
So I'm opened up for suggestions guys. Thanks.
EDIT: Is there a way to reinstall firmware from recovery mode? I can seem to get into recovery mode, but it can't be charging or else it doesn't work, although it's a bit buggy can't go up only down and says "No command".
