How to download?
Go google and type "How to download from RapidShare"
I cant believe people asking such questions!
if you mean downloading a file from rapidshare thru a pc then do exactly what the guy above of me said but if on the other hand you mean thru opera from our mobile phone then yea i kinda noticed a problem regarding this.. when i download a file from rapidshare by opera i always get like a one kilobit file no matter how many times i tried or no matter what the file i was tryinng to download was..
Moved to Q & A because this is a general question.

i think he wants to know about downloading from rapidshare thru Pocket PC not PC
More info please....
OP,
Can you please tell me what file you are in need of as I may have it on a separate and VERY user friendly Drop Box account. Have tested it with all major browsers and even several major Mobile browsers and all work fine!
downloading from rapidshare on a PPC is exactly like downloading from a PC... which i did several times.

Q: How do I sign my zip or apk?
A: First you must have java installed on whatever OS you're running. Windows users download the Win-sign.zip attachment. Linux users download Linux-sign.zip attachment.

i did that and all it says is
"SignApk.jar is a tool included with the Android platform source bundle.
testkey.pk8 is the private key that is compatible with the recovery image included in this zip file
testkey.x509.pem is the corresponding certificate/public key
Usage:
java -jar signapk.jar testkey.x509.pem testkey.pk8 update.zip update_signed.zip"
You must have the linux android sdk installed to use this.
Place the sign folder inside the android sdk tools folder so you have a path IE ~/android-sdk-linux/tools/sign
Place the androsign file the tools folder.
Open a terminal and cd into the android sdk tools folder
Type the following command to sign your .zip/.apk:
sudo androsign ~/folder_containing_zip/nameofzip.zip
This will output a file with original zip name plus -signed IE rom-signed.zip
Actually, I think it would be cool if we could have something like this on the "All Current Guides" wiki page or something. Trying to figure out how to do pretty minuscule stuff like signing a zip requires some pretty deep thread searching. Want to learn how to customize a ROM? Search the threads. Unfortunately, that thread will refer to another one. Only to have that one point to another.
It would be nice to have a How-To guide for things like rooting, signing zips, customizing, etc. I just think that a How-To wiki for all these things would reduce the number of threads like this. And I'm saying this as someone who knows how to do all those things. I just remember the confusion and frustration.

Not sure what instructions you've followed. Either they're incomplete or you made a mistake. Like I said, your screenshot shows a zip file. You need to unzip that in the location that it is in now

Just fastboot flash it then.
Link to guides in my signature.
I have similar issues. Mine complains that the archive doesn't contain boot.sig and recovery.sig, and then it fails to allocate space and the update package missing system.img.
Going to do it manually now to see if it works

Run the bat file in a "dos/command" window. When you are in the fastboot folder hit shift and right mouse and click "open command window here", in that window typ re-loc.bat

Upload file failed

Hello, I have been trying to upload and attach screen shots to a post but I always get upload file failed. The files are only jpeg files. I have tried to make the smaller and even make them pdf's and still no luck. I have tired to use Tapatalk, XDA labs and my computer with no luck, any ideas?
When you try to post a new thread, click the button 'Manage Attachments', select files from your computer, and then click 'Upload'.
Then click 'Attachments' icon above your message body to select jpeg files one by one into your thread.
Does not work, all I keep getting is upload failed.

If it doesn't work anywhere (both website and mobile apps) maybe it's an issue related to your account...
Pinging @the_scotsman in case he could help.
Hmm....the account looks ok.
Can you try creating a new blank text file and see if you can upload that. There may be some weird issue with the files you're trying to upload.
A simple text file should have no issues, so that will be a good test.
Just tried a text file I get a message saying bad request upload of file failed.
Is it happening in any thread? Have you tried attaching to this thread?
If so, this is beyond anything I can think of.
@MikeChannon Seen this before? I can attach ok, so attachment system is working fine.

Not seen this before, for small files anyway. Browser/Router/Add On issue maybe but other than clearing Browser cache, trying another browser, re-booting router, disabling add-ons I don't know what to suggest.
