Run the bat file in a "dos/command" window. When you are in the fastboot folder hit shift and right mouse and click "open command window here", in that window typ re-loc.bat

I think its bbs.3gin.net from memory..
If anyone has managed to download it, could you please host it somewhere else? ....or PM me and I will give you a login for my FTP to upload it.
The FTP above is either getting hammered, or is just damn slow.
@bcmobile
Try to log in via ftp://ftp.3gin.net and then move to the directory. Worked for me but dl speed is quite slow (12 kb)...
Btw. there is also RUU_Bravo_HTC_Europe_1.15.405.3_Radio_32.30.00.28U_4?.00.11_release_121865.rar on this ftp.

I already tried to flash the boot.img using fastboot USB and fastboot via SDCard. Fastboot USB said the signature check failed. SDCard method (after renaming it to whatever name it looks for) also failed
Happy to try something else if anyone has any suggestions.
Also - the Android Kitchen tools said that the rom was rooted. Anyone know how reliable that info is?

Not sure what instructions you've followed. Either they're incomplete or you made a mistake. Like I said, your screenshot shows a zip file. You need to unzip that in the location that it is in now

I have similar issues. Mine complains that the archive doesn't contain boot.sig and recovery.sig, and then it fails to allocate space and the update package missing system.img.
Going to do it manually now to see if it works

did u erase vendor, product too ??
if u did- u need huawei update extractor which is mentioned in above link(I personally didn't try this tool - so can't comment on that)
i don't have same model number but this following method works most probably if u haven't messed so much or didn't clear vendor or product
extract one of the large file which u downloaded(probably around 1.5gigs) and place d extracted files in 'dload' folder on sd card
hold 3 buttons at a same time- may be it starts installing
@shashank1320 could guide u in more exact direction.
@sreekantt Thanks for tag.
So @BakedOnSomeSour you have already downloaded 3 files. Now, extract all 3 separately and see which all contains update.app file (mostly it will be in 1st and 2nd zip file)
Now, use dload method given here- https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=73954487&postcount=240
Extract the 1st file, put the content in dload folder, flash.
extract 2nd file, put the content in dload folder, flash.
If, 3rd file contains the update.app, extract and flash this also.
hope this will be solved.

Thanks a lot, the problem was actually because we were trying to flash the device using the 8916 qpst firmware not knowing that the device was a 8939 one, so we tried the 8939 firmware and it worked, BUT, now we're in factory mode, the file you have available to exit factory mode is for the 8916 device, can you please upload for the 8939 device? Or is there another way to exit factory mode ?

Thanks a lot, the problem was actually because we were trying to flash the device using the 8916 qpst firmware not knowing that the device was a 8939 one, so we tried the 8939 firmware and it worked, BUT, now we're in factory mode, the file you have available to exit factory mode is for the 8916 device, can you please upload for the 8939 device? Or is there another way to exit factory mode ?

Hey man, I'm just a noob but how'd you get the 8939 version of your Qpst? Do you have a link for that or do we just need to do a little config? I still got no progress with my bricked Asus.. How bout yours?

Hey guys,
I did something wrong with my device.
Can someone upload the stock boot.img from OB9?
Would be great, thanks!

Thank you for this. I don't currently need it, but it's good to have it if things start to go wrong.

Yeah for sure! I always extract the boot images from the stock builds myself, I use this tool
https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=818070582850510260
It's a windows exe, just download the full zip and extract the payload.bin into the input folder and everything you need is placed in output
Antivirus might flag this as a virus, but it's totally clean, I use it all the time.
