Hey guys has anyone seen where t purchase the genuine wireless charging back as shown here?

I don't want the S-View wireless charging option but just the back. Seems like all the accessories are in VERY short supply. Why doesn't Samsung have everything ready to go at launch? Seems it would hurt themselves to not have accessories to sell with the phones.

Photos won't show the difference. It's only a millimeter or 2 of a difference

According to my calipers 1 mm would remove the camera hump, so if the pictures are accurate, the wireless back is not thicker or not appreciably thicker.

Couldn't tell you sorry don't have a case. They usually have them on display at Verizon stores so try it out yourself!

Excellent charger
I can confirm that it does indeed work with a tpu case. And it works great. Some of the comments on amazon complaining about all the beeping is really crazy as it only does it when you first place it down. Otherwise it is quiet. I have two, one for myself and the other for my wife and they both work the same way regarding the beeping.
Again highly recommend this charger and about where you place the phone to charge it is very good as you do not have to place it exactly in the same position.
I just got the charger today, it charges really fast but the phone also becomes hot really quickly too. Is this normal?

Mine gets a bit warm while charging with the WCP-700, so I believe it is normal.

I got mine at a VZW store today for $40.12! (25% discount from a friends account!)
Nice! I guess I'll have to try my local VZW stores then. Crazy how quickly they all sold out. Even the Energizer single position charger is sold out on Amazon!

This is expected behavior. It charges to 100% BUT if you remove it and put it back on when the phone has over 95% charge it will not charge until it drops below 95%. So if you let it charge it will go all the way up to 100% but if you then remove it and put it back it will not beep and the battery indicator will turn green until the battery drops below 95%.

With my old HTC Incredible I used to leave them in till I swapped out, but those were aftermarket batteries and charger.. I guess I'll heed your advice however, don't want to destroy a 30 dollar battery

Don't bother with their notification system. It won't notify you when it is back in stock. Looks like it's about every two weeks or so when stock comes in and sells out within a day.

Keep in mind that those increase the thickness which may cause an issue with water resistance because of the bulge it causes. Even if it is minimal

As the poster above suggested. Or if you don't have a Samsung store in your area, just Google the Samsung part number which pulls up a lot of online vendors who say that they have stock.
I found one on ebay out of Canada. Seems to cover ok with the wireless charging cover but I prefer the Tech 21 Impact tactical. Has better protection and covers better even with the OEM wireless charging cover.

Yeah should be just fine, it looks like a typical clear TPU case from Samsung, hence the price compared to any other on amazon for like $10.

Depends on your country. For the UK I would recommend Expansys.com and Mobilefun.co.uk. Expansys are taking pre orders.
If you are in the USA T-mobile is selling the s view cases. I got one from them yesterday
Samsung's website has several of the S-view covers listed now.
