Been waiting forever for this to get in stock. I ordered a spare OEM charger too. Unforunately they were out of the 2.0 MHL adapters but I'm sure some ebay ones will work just fine.
Appreciate the heads up!
now you let the dogs at it.
lol actually if you followed the 50% off thread it was back in stock over 1 week ago, in fact mine came this past tuesday!
Yeah I started that thread ha. I ordered it but it never went through. It went OOS add soon as I ordered it so it never went through.

look at the 50% off thread. register your s4 and receive a 50% off coupon via email good for 5 products but those have to be under 49.99, free ground shipping if you spend 49.99 or more otherwise it's $3.95 via post office.
Got mine a few days ago, does anyone know if it's best to leave the spare battery in the charger until it's time to swap out or to remove it once it's charged?

Don't bother with their notification system. It won't notify you when it is back in stock. Looks like it's about every two weeks or so when stock comes in and sells out within a day.

I take it you use ghost armor or use it naked? Yeah, it does bulge but I use a case so I don't see it. I never actually needed longer battery life anyways, though. I grabbed it cuz it was $25 and now I have a spare. With oem battery mine lasts well over 24 hours with 5 hours of screen on time, auto brightness, emails, weather and everything else syncing. I would never run a cheapo battery though.
greekunit690 does the one you ordered require a different battery cover? Or is it just the same size? Samsung really should make an extended battery. Actually all cell phone companies need to make the batteries bigger like the driod razr maxx

I've been using this battery since Feb 17th. The stock battery would only get me through the work day and even then sometimes barely. Now I easily can go through the evening with about 30% left before I plug it in for the night. Once I forgot and it was at 1% the next morning which the stock never would've lasted that long.
I wasn't aware we could use the Nexus extended battery. Since I use a case I may switch to that. If I can find one at a good price on Prime.
How the heck do you get 5 hours of screen time and have it last 24 hours? Even with the nexus battery juice defender running I can get maybe 3-4 hours.

Juice defender is sucking down your battery. I run Gideons script as well as some other mods. Easily go over 24 hours, usually 2 days. With the extended battery I have gone over 8 hours screen on.

I have both and the andida just isn't as good as the extended battery from Samsung. I've seasoned it like the instructions say and it just doesn't last nearly as long. It's only been a week and I'm still testing it.

Agreed, it's only a tiny little bit better or if any better than the original battery.
I ordered 2 of these and a stand alone charger off Amazon for $30. Hope I didn't waste my money! Will know when I get back home in a week and get to test them out.
Does anyone that has had luck with them have any suggestions for how to "break them in", I think the instructions show to cycle them 5 times before use?
After receiving and using an Andida for about a week I was pretty disappointed. Its about the same as the stock. Nexus Extended is better.
I have the Andida battery and I feel that it does give me 2-3 hours more on a charge. No hard facts, just my impression from using it for about a week.
My experience, it gave me about 2-3 hours like what others said. I usually got 10-13 hours. I'm personally using the Qcell 3850 mah battery now, 24+ hours

For people looking for a wireless charger pick this up. Works 100% perfectly with Nexus 4, been using it for a week without a problem at all. I just ordered another one for home as I was using first one in office.

Excellent charger
I can confirm that it does indeed work with a tpu case. And it works great. Some of the comments on amazon complaining about all the beeping is really crazy as it only does it when you first place it down. Otherwise it is quiet. I have two, one for myself and the other for my wife and they both work the same way regarding the beeping.
Again highly recommend this charger and about where you place the phone to charge it is very good as you do not have to place it exactly in the same position.

So I decided that I want to get one today, since it's probably going to be a while before the charging orb is out, but I can't find it in stock at a reasonable price anywhere! There aren't any in stock on Amazon or Newegg, and they don't seem to exist on Verizon Wireless's web store.

This is expected behavior. It charges to 100% BUT if you remove it and put it back on when the phone has over 95% charge it will not charge until it drops below 95%. So if you let it charge it will go all the way up to 100% but if you then remove it and put it back it will not beep and the battery indicator will turn green until the battery drops below 95%.

I wouldn't rush getting a new battery, it's not like you can fit it on the go (unless you have a Torx screwdriver with you). You will eventually get decent copies by battery companies and they will be a fraction of the price. No, I don't mean these £2 Chinese copies on eBay that last 10 minutes, but you get some big companies copying batteries for Galaxy devices and iDevices and I'm sure this phone will be no different.

Even batteries from companies like mugen and sedio do not compare well will OEM for the price they charge. Check out this site that did an in depth comparison. They are not much better than those 2 dollar batteries. Its not going to matter though since I don't think they will maybe a battery for the nexus 4 since its not easily replaceable.

Well what you should do is call their customer support and tell them that. I did it when I had my inspire and they sent me two free batteries to try out and I didn't even have to send my others back

Maybe they were curious and wanted it back so they can prevent it for future production.
I bought the 2 battery kit and haven't had any problems.

I remember reading a review that mentioned it on Amazon, but the reviewer implied it was Anker's first batch that had the issue since he/she got a replacement. I bought mine last week and it looks to be the same size as the OEM when looking at it.
