So yesterday I was running cm9 and I decided to flash a different Rom so I went onto recovery and wipe the phone and then went ahead and flashed
The redemption rom. I went ahead and waited for about 10 minutes to see if it works reboot the samsung logo came on last for like 2 seconds then the screen went blank. So now I into Odin to see if I could flash the Stock image.. when I tried that the first step goes through then I go to the second step and it fails. Here are some pics of my computer and my phone. Please help.

Never ever do that, get your sources from here, you might have repartioned your phone which is not recoverable. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1762709 go here and scroll down to return to stock.
L710 is the model number of the Sprint GSIII. Hopefully you can get it back with section 2 of the link posted above.
If that doesn't work use http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1840030 and it will unbrick your phone.
It looks like your are right ... I wanna thank you for pointing out that I was trying to install the sprint version and not the Verizon version. What relief... Thank you again.

Glad you got it working again. Just so happened to recognize the L710 model number from modifying the build.prop to get Google Wallet working. Always be sure that anything you flash for the Galaxy SIII is for the Verizon specific I535. They all look the same but can put you up #(*%*'s creek if you're not careful. I'd suggest avoiding anything that's not specifically in the Verizon Galaxy SIII sub-forums.

This post is for developers ... you not going to get much help here
but i can tell you this ... you would not normally flash the whole firmware zip
you edit it in 7zip and remove the recovery.img and hboot if you don't want it updated
some also remove the boot.img it seems to break the camera. Just a FYI
I flashed this and for first time flashing firwmares I lost root and now instead of 3G icon its showing ATT 4g Icon lol!
Can anyone extract out the camera apk for me from this firmware so I can compare to previous. Thank you devs.

And guys, These are the preload apps from the OTA package, including Sound Recorder and a lot of TW stuff.

does the main rom.zip contain firmware or has been removed?
We are adding the d2 to our source and will be working on getting a build out. If any one is interested you can read about our project here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2467131
Any willing testers send a pm to either me or dubbsy for a link when we get a build out.

I tried to flash it last night. I can confirm that for me at least it would not flash from CWM. That's a full clean wipe including internal storage since I was coming from Touchwiz. It got stuck at the Cid Samsung Galaxy SIII splash screen. If I have time later I will switch to TWRP, and give it a go from that.

Thanks, it might have something to do with our 4.3 update and the work around for the locked bootloader. CWM now asks me if I want to fix my recovery and I am supposed to click no. Thank you Verizon!

I know but when I flashed it asked if I wanted to fix recovery. I believe that is a leftover from flashing stock-rooted-deodexed rom before yours.

Just to check, are you sure your cwm is completely up to date? It's worth checking into since 4.4 wouldn't flash with cwm or twrp until they were updated.

Guys, it's confirmed that S3 isn't booting for any of the carriers yet. I added an OTA app and we're getting a site organized for updates. As soon as I get freed up I'll jump back on S3 and see if I can figure out what's gong on.
Yep Same Issue. I flashed in CWM and then it asked to fix root. First I said yes and it tried to boot and stayed on the splash screen for 15 min. Then I pulled the battery and jumber back to recovery and tried it all again and said no to fix root.... and the same thing happend. Hope you have some luck getting it up and running.

That sounds like display driver issues. I just updated display hardware drivers and making sure I can still build. If I can build out then I may try to build for S3 and post another link
Is there a root method for CPB6 6.0.1 marshmallow? My sprint s6 edge updated to 6.0 after a stock flash and cannot put the mods and tweaks I had previously, so until there is a root method my phone stays stock
Download this file, flash via odin then wait for device reboot.

Thanks. First boot got stuck on splash screen and I didn't wait long enough and flashed stock until a solution, but checked back in on my post and with someone stating same issue and problem resolved, flashed root again and with in a minute or 2 later booted up verifying the root flash! Thanks a lot!! And, doesn't have the annoying red kernel not se android enforcing. This does work for sprint s6 edge 6.0.1 CPB6!

Have anyone had a problem when you put an custom rom onto your Note 5 it takes an long time to boot up (and im not talking about the first boot that takes a while, but after that). And if you had that problem how did you fix it?
