Installing Xposed Framework - Verizon HTC One (M8)

So I tried installing/updating xposedbridge.jar and app_process but only xposed.jar will become active. I rebooted and everything. Installation is classical. This is my first HTC device that I'm rooting, so forgive me.
Also unrelated- TB keeps saying my sd card doesn't have enough free space but it clearly does, whenever I try to backup. Could this be the temp root?

I was having problems. After getting S-off and installing CWM recovery. I switched Installation type to Recovery zip and flashed the zip in recovery...and is now working just fine.

I don't have s-off yet and I'm going to wait on it for a bit

Installed custom rom, lost root access

I recently rooted, unlocked the bootloader, and installed cleanrom 4.1 on my Htc One XL (AT&T) using TWRP. At some point during the day it appears that i lost roots access, and as such can not boot recovery or use Titanium Backup. How can i regain root access? Should i factory reset my phone and just restore from my last Titanium Backup file?
At this point i would just like to revert back to stock. Can someone please give me a detailed guide on how to do this? If you know an easier way for me to fix this issue that would also be appreciated.
I tried rerooting using the oneclick method on htconexroot.com, and now supersu keeps force closing and all apps that request root access simply endlessly load instead of saying "root access denied" or anything else like that. It also appears that some apps that require root still work. For example, "Adfree" still appears to be in effect, as even free versions of games are adfree. Also, i believe this may have happened after clearing Google Framework data ( or cache? I am not sure), which i had to do to fix a glitch that was not allowing me to install market apps.
*Edit: It was the Google Services Framework Cache*
Why would you goto an outside source to root? Have you tried the root methods in the dev threads? Look in main thread and stickies

Just download the ruu that matches what your on 1.85 for example those are found in stickies in the roll up

I originally rooted with the xda one click method, but it would not reroot my phone, so i tried rerooting using the other method. And do i have to relock the bootloader before running ruu?
I also heard that i would not be able to reroot after using the stock ruu. Is that true?
Relock and run ruu... Then root ... I did and it worked fine

How do i relock the bootloader? Keep in mind that i can not boot into bootloader or recovery - or i can't figure out how, anyway.
Hold volume down and power at the same time wait ... Wait ... Wait , don't let go until bootloader pops up

Switch bootloader over to fastboot

I did that for about a minute and nothing happened, but soon after i let go it boot up normally. How long am i supposed to do it?

Keep both buttons down until boot screen appears

I had to turn off fast boot, but thank you so much! It worked! i decided to boot into recovery, can i wipe and reflash the rom? Or should i proceed with ruu?
Keep fastboot off... It's not needed... Try both ways try wiping all that's needed.. if that doesn't work ruu is always a last resort

You should download goomanager from the google play store, and install twrp

I tried reflashing but the installation almost immediately failed. I chose to check for md5 file and it said no md5 file found. What does this mean?
I would just go the route of the ruu

From the bootloader screen, what do i do to relock the bootloader?
I think i figured it out, but when i type "fastboot oem lock", it says it is not a recognized command. Ideas?

Updates on unlocked and rooted One S

I have unlocked my wife's One S and got root access, still using the stock ROM, but flashed cwm recovery. An update for the OS is available, but it fails when I try and install from within the OS. I tried to manually install it from the SD card using cwm, but it fails the signature test part. I noticed I can disable the signature check, but wasn't sure it was a good idea.
Can any smart people give me some advice?
Thanks

You need to unroot your device and reinstall the stock recovery.

Lost root!

Some how I lost root while mucking around trying to change recovery for beanstalk 4.4. I never did get it changed since I had computer issues.
Did I really lose it? And is there an easy way to get it back?

I also tried flashing super su 1.65 and it does nothing

So you still have your previous recovery installed? Why not just flash a rooted ROM?

Ahh yes....I restored backup of codefire which is not rooted.....will give it a try

It was a CWM one in the Beanstalk 4.4 forum...was going to flash via adb, BUT I never did it because once I got into
fastboot computer stopped recognizing the phone so I gave up on it.
When flashing any recovery, make sure its the one intended for our device (EVITA not ENDEAVORU) as this is a common mistake. Although, it sounds like your problem was something different.
The official CWM is fine to use (I was using it for a while) although TWRP is more commonly used on this device. On TWRP, if the ROM you are flashing is not rooted, it will give you the option to root it when it flashes, which is pretty nice.

Installing TWRP over CWM

This may be a noob question but I've been stuck in Steve Jobs' walled garden for a couple years.
I've got the unofficial CWM recovery right now but I see they released a TWRP recovery now. Can I just use goomanager to install it or do I need to somehow remove CWM first?

Just install it. CWM will be replaced by TWRP.
I haven't heard anyone confirm goomanager working although I don't see why it wouldn't. People have confirmed flashify working. Like robocuff said though, flash right over cwm

I found an article saying use goomanager is all. Will give it a shot, now I can't find the article again.

You can also just get ADB and the prereq's setup on your computer and ADB push TWRP to your device. It's pretty easy. Pushing itself takes about 1 minute (including the time it takes to reboot to the bootloader, push the TWRP image, and reboot afterwards). Getting the ADB files and HTC drivers takes only a little longer (depending on your download speeds).
I grab flashify from then play store downloaded the IMG file from the op AMD flashed it through flashify. Worked perfect

Still S-Off after firmware update but lost root

I flashed a stock recovery and then did the firmware update and then flashed philz recovery back on. Everything went fine and I am still unlocked with S-Off but I am no longer rooted and any of my apps that require root access to run will not run. How can I get root back?
Get the superuser file and push it to the phone via adb. There are guides out to help you
Sent from my HTC6525LVW using Tapatalk
Well I still have supersu installed but when I open it I get a message saying no su binary installed and it can't install it. I will try to reflash the super su through adb
Sent from my HTC6525LVW using Tapatalk
You can also flash the superuser.zip in recovery.
Sent from my HTC6525LVW using Tapatalk
Yeah, I just flashed the zip in recovery and all is good again. Thanks
