Guys the second one isn't a flashable zip ( Nexus and LG G2 ) !! Try this method :
1) Download any root browser ( If you have skip this step )
2) Move the downloaded file from pc to your cell !! ( Skip this if downloaded on phone )
3) Move bootanimation.zip - System - media !!
4) Replace the file and you have your boot animation !!
5) Boot like normally you do, It takes few mins and is a bit slow !! So don't worry it'll work fine ! :highfive:

I think the code in the updater-script is not correct. I not understand why LGMessage.apk is removed.
I have included the correct code in the following file: http://goo.gl/yxzjlG

[Boot Animation] [HD] Marvel Intro [Sound Included]

A rooted phone is needed, and custom boot animations need to be enabled. See http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1897969 to enable custom boot animations
The two files for this boot animation are located below.
To install the sound, rename the ogg file in MarvelSound.zip to PowerOn.ogg and replace it in /system/media/audio/ui/
Seems very good..thanks. i tried to flash it throught cwm but no go. How should i proceed ? In the topic you mentioned they give flashable zips to do it.

After enabling custom boot animations, download/install "Boot Animations ★ root" from Google Play and run it. Point the install location in the settings menu to /data/local/ and then use it to install the download MarvelBoot2.zip. You could also do it manually, though. I just find this way to be the easiest.

http://d-h.st/t3u
(3)open the sample zip from file manager(do not extract) u will see
Folder meta-inf (don't modify it leave it as it is)
now make another folder named system under this make folder app(For apk's)now cut and paste any desired apk into app folder
(4)now file manager asks compression level choose normal(6)
(5)Now exit this zip operation
Hurrey u have created ur first cwm flashable zip from ur phone itself
Goto recovery and flash it. Off course it will work just try and hit thanks
-----------------------------------------------------
Hints
/system/app - all the system apps (SystemUI.apk etc)
/system/framework/ -framework-res.apk,android.policy.jar
/system/media - bootanimation.zip
/system/lib - libraries (*.so)

For rom's flashable zip u need to edit the updater script u can do this also in mobile(like notepad++ in PC)

If u want to make flash able zip of boot animation then u need PC
With this u don't need PC. Understand the thread now u can create flashable zip right from your phone
Basically it can be used to make flashable zips/roms. Or edit existing roms to remove stuff you don't want before flashing all from your phone.

Z2 Sounds,Wallpapers and Bootanimation in ONE flashable .zip (Root/recovery required)

I made this .zip for personal use but after a few hours I uploaded it to share, this wouldn't have been possible without DooMLoRD's work so thank him, I just made a flashable .zip from this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2666849
The .zip includes
-Just 4 wallpapers that are named after the PS4
-The Bootanimation (see the video)
-ALL media/audio Files, you will get all the Kit Kat ringtones, notifications and everything
Download it from here: http://www.mediafire.com/download/elx6xtlojd9bmp6/XperiaKKmedia.zip
Put it in the external memory and flash it by regular CWM or PhilZ Touch. I didn't test it on TWRP
This is only the boot animation WITHOUT the sound: http://www.mediafire.com/download/3eux1bmytf3mu83/Z2_Bootanim_NO_SOUND.zip
And You didn't like the new 4.4 system sounds? Download the 4.2 sounds: http://www.mediafire.com/download/is8wj9wrvn7sxt1/Sounds.zip
THE BOOTANIMATION SOUND IS ONLY PLAYED IN ANDROID 4.3 AND ABOVE
First!
^ always wanted to say that.
Going to try this zip now.
Nice... - all in one zip - maybe to add one more zip with a bootanimation without a sound (just delete bootanim.mp3 from bootanimation.zip)
Sent from my C6903 using Tapatalk
Now for the people who don't want that loud sound when powering on or rebooting their phone here is just the boot animation WITHOUT the sound:
http://www.mediafire.com/download/3eux1bmytf3mu83/Z2_Bootanim_NO_SOUND.zip
(Flashable .zip too)
Love it

Great app but this isn't an official one.
The XDA thread has been closed and there's no update on Google Play for 2 months.
I don't know if jmz still has other projects... Flashify is also a great app to directly flash the img files without a PC.
I heard that
Code:

It doesn't hurt to know all the options and procedures. Actually OP would have already known this if he hadn't used a toolkit to root in the first place
-1 for toolkits
But yes, options are:
Fastboot flash img
recovery install zip
Flashify flash img
Thanks to all for the help suggestions , but yeah I used a tool kit which means I don't know how to do it manually that's why I asked for the easiest way to update .

[Q] Boot Animation doesn't work at all

Hi guys,
Today I've made a boot animation for my Samsung Galaxy S II plus, but after I did everything right, and I'm for sure I did it right, it doesn't work at my phone, and the standard android booting animations shows up. Does someone know what I've done wrong? My animation zip is like this:
Bootanimation.zip --> Part0 --> Image000.png [...] Image139.png
Part1 --> Image140.png
Desc.txt -->
Code:
480 800 30
p 1 0 part0
c 0 0 part1
I've followed this tutorial: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1852621
Please let me know what I did wrong.
Kind regards, Rick

Nope, I'm sorry but it doesn't work at all. If I reboot my phone now I'm seeing the Samsung Logo and after that my phone turns black, untill it is booted and I can use it. I've flashed the ZIP you gave me, and rebooted my phone. After this i copied the bootanimation zip to the location you gave me and the standard location. Got another idea? BTW, I'm using android 4.4.2, maybe that's the problem?

Oh well thats gonna be problem. Try this: go rom toolbox-> interface-> bootanimations. Then download and install one of them. I got that matrix bootanimation installed. Try that and tell me does it work. If it works, go root explorer and search that file where it is. And ifvu don't have same permission than that screenshot, set them and try again. You can also try system/media folder, there is orginal bootanimation.
